What is Margarita Mondays you might ask?
I will tell you.
A long long long time ago three amigos opened
a humble local little bar called Sling Lounge in
West End, Brisbane. At that time Brisbane
lacked any Monday entertainment
(I guess times don’t change). Those tres amigos
(that’s three in Español) decided to change that.
After a 3 minutes conversation over a
Charlie Manson the night was born. They decided
to make the best margaritas for the cheapest price
for the best of nights. On a god damn Monday.
F#$k school nights.
That was circa 2007. Unfortunately Sling shut down
and took that Monday with them. Fortunately,
one of those Tres amigos was Marty,
who owns this little humble bar you are sitting at.
History tends to repeat itself. Drinking a
Charlie Manson with an old friend on a Monday,
he bowed to bring those amazing fun nights
that were called Margarita Mondays.
All Margaritas are made with fresh lime juice.
All Margaritas are made with
100% agave tequila (if you don’t know what
that means, you will learn real quick).
All Margaritas are $11!!
