The Round Rock Sports Center opened in January 2014, and has since been the host of numerous sporting events for basketball volleyball, table tennis, and wrestling. The $14.9 million dollar facility boasts 82,800 square feet of indoor space with 47,775 square feet of flexible, open, playable space. Several configurations are available, including 6 high school basketball courts, 12 high school volleyball courts or 3 NCAA basketball courts. The facility can host a wide range of sports including: Badminton Basketball Darts Gymnastics Cheer/Dance/Baton Bubble Ball Martial Arts Archery Bocce Ball National Table Tennis Volleyball Powerlifting Fencing Dodgeball With a seating capacity for over 1400 spectators and a total capacity of 3,053, over 500 parking spots, a full concession operation, locker rooms, a training room, and LED scoreboards, the facility can handle just about any indoor sporting event. In addition, it can host expos, meetings, speakers and concerts. The local community can also use the Sports Center for club sports team practices.

Welcome to The <strong>Sports</strong> Capital of Texas! The City of <strong>Round</strong> <strong>Rock</strong> has long been<br />
regarded as the premier destination for amateur, youth, and recreational sports<br />
within the state… and for good reason! Bolstered by an economic base that<br />
includes the headquarters of Dell and Emerson, our dynamic city has invested<br />
heavily in the infrastructure needed to support a variety of sports,<br />
entertainment, and business events. Through the years, <strong>Round</strong> <strong>Rock</strong> has funded<br />
millions for its sports facilities, including the recent addition of the <strong>Round</strong> <strong>Rock</strong><br />
<strong>Sports</strong> <strong>Center</strong>, which adds a world-class indoor showcase facility to the<br />
championship outdoor venues that originally earned <strong>Round</strong> <strong>Rock</strong> its <strong>Sports</strong><br />
Capital of Texas reputation.<br />
The <strong>Round</strong> <strong>Rock</strong> <strong>Sports</strong> <strong>Center</strong> opened in January 2014, and has already hosted<br />
numerous events including basketball, volleyball, and wrestling tournaments, a<br />
table tennis tournament, a speaking event by a renowned children’s author that<br />
attracted more than 2,500 people, a 700-seat formal dinner banquet, a<br />
celebration dance with more than 2,000 participants, a cake expo, a wedding<br />
expo and even a corporate brainstorming retreat. To say that this new space is in<br />
high demand is an understatement!<br />

• Upper-level VIP-style spectator seating with individual seats, arm rests, and<br />
cup holders<br />
• Tournament Room, Players Lounge, Referee’s Lounge and Athletic<br />
Training Room<br />
• Restaurant-quality concession service and seating area<br />
• Three large multi-purpose rooms that can be subdivided into nine<br />
smaller rooms<br />

In addition to the many indoor features, the <strong>Round</strong> <strong>Rock</strong> <strong>Sports</strong> <strong>Center</strong> has a<br />
beautiful outdoor pavilion and plaza. The covered pavilion features a multi-sport<br />
turf surface, playground, concession area, and restroom facilities. The open-air<br />
plaza has a children’s play area available for family, friends, and event<br />
participants. We also have a grassy tailgating area for more family fun.
