Payment<br />
Orders will be processed upon receipt of a valid purchase<br />
order. Terms are net 30 days, and the customer will be<br />
invoiced for product upon dateof shipment. All accounts<br />
over 30 days are subject to a 1.5% interest charge on<br />
unpaid balance. Acceptable means of payment are cash,<br />
check, or credit card.<br />
Shipping<br />
Unless specified otherwise, <strong>Top</strong> <strong>Shelf</strong> Manufacturing<br />
ships using UPS. Shipping charges are the responsibility<br />
of the customer. Orders received before 2:00 pm Pacific<br />
Standard time will be shipped within 24 hours.<br />
Warranty<br />
All <strong>Top</strong> <strong>Shelf</strong> Orthopedics products have a limited<br />
warranty from the date of purchase against defects<br />
in materials and workmanship. The warranty by product<br />
family is as follows.<br />

Return Policy<br />
All returns are subject to a restocking charge at the<br />
discretion of <strong>Top</strong> <strong>Shelf</strong> Orthopedics. All returns must<br />
be preauthorized by Customer Care and be returned<br />
with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. <strong>Product</strong>s<br />
must be returned in original packaging.<br />
