Childhood Cancer Foundation of Southern
California, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization with
a mission to provide emotional, social, educational,
and emergency assistance to families who have or
have had a child diagnosed with cancer.
"You were a "light" to us at the beginning of a very dark
time for us. During and after treatment you have provided
a sense of "normalcy" for us. We will always be grateful for

Every two minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer.

Every day in the United
States, 43 children and
adolescents ages 0 to 19
are diagnosed with cancer.
The most common types of
cancer are leukemias, brain and
central nervous system (CNS)
tumors, and lymphomas.
The entire length of treatment is typically about 2 to 3 years, with
the most intense treatment in the first few months.
