ISVPS is dedicated to providing the entire veterinary team with high quality,<br />
achievable qualifications that are recognised worldwide<br />
Progress your career after the GPCert:<br />
( Postgraduate Certificate (PgC)<br />
Enrol for the PgC alongside the GPCert and complete additional assessments/modules with Harper<br />
Adams University to gain a university-recognised Postgraduate Certificate<br />
( GPAdvCert<br />
Build on the knowledge gained in the GPCert<br />
The <strong>International</strong> School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies (ISVPS) was established in 2003 to provide veterinary<br />
professionals with the skills and confidence to deliver compassionate animal care. Its qualifications are designed<br />
to meet the needs of busy veterinarians, veterinary nurses, technicians and paraprofessionals, who wish to gain<br />
postgraduate qualifications whilst working in practice. More than 6,700 veterinary professionals around the world<br />
have gained a qualification from ISVPS.<br />
Alongside its <strong>International</strong> Examining Board comprising of more than 70 veterinary Specialists and Diplomates<br />
around the world, ISVPS ensures the academic rigour of its postgraduate awards through its Academic Board,<br />
made up of 10 highly respected specialists from different disciplines.<br />
The standard of the ISVPS qualifications is consistent across all countries and therefore anyone gaining an ISVPS<br />
qualification, regardless of which country they have taken the exam in, will have achieved a set standard.<br />
ISVPS General Practitioner Advanced Certificate (GPAdvCert)<br />
Suitable for:<br />
( Veterinary surgeons with a GPCert (or equivalent qualification) looking to build on existing knowledge<br />
and develop an enhanced awareness and more in-depth approach in the subject<br />
Progress your career after the ISVPS GPAdvCert:<br />
( PgD with Harper Adams University<br />
If you hold a PgC in the relevant discipline, enrol for the PgD alongside the GPAdvCert and complete<br />
additional assessments and modules with Harper Adams University to gain a Postgraduate Diploma in<br />
Advanced Veterinary Practice Sciences<br />
Your ISVPS examination coordinator will be able to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding the<br />
assessments and examination and can be emailed at nordics@isvps.org<br />
( <strong>Improve</strong> <strong>International</strong> and ISVPS work<br />
together to ensure the highest-quality and<br />
effective CE for veterinary professionals.<br />
( <strong>Improve</strong> <strong>International</strong> develops the CE<br />
training programmes and delivers these<br />
while ISVPS accredits the courses and<br />
manages the assessment process.<br />

Certificate (NCert/VTCert/VPPCert)<br />
