PLA Cups
Ecoware’s clear
disposable cups look
and perform like
traditional plastic, but
are made entirely from
plants. Mind blown?
Don’t worry. You’re not
the only one. Made
from the revolutionary
Ingeo bioplastic,
clear cold cups are a
sustainable option that
maintains exceptional
performance.
Sturdy & robust
The Ingeo bioplastic used to make our clear cups and lids is
specifically developed to provide physical and functional
properties ideal for cold food and beverages.
Lower carbon footprint
Ingeo bioplastic provides a significantly lower carbon footprint
than the traditional oil-based polymers it replaces. This is because
the manufacture of Ingeo emits up to 80% fewer greenhouse
gases (GHGs) than the comparable manufacture of common
oil based plastic like polystyrene (PS) and polyethylene (PET) [1] .
Certified Compostable
Our cold EcoCups and lids are certified for commercial
composting, meaning in a commercial environment where optimal
conditions are maintained, these products will break down in 90
days. Learn more about composting on our website.
Secure fit
Our lids are a secure fit, especially for cold clear cups.
