There is no doubt that we are living in challenging and
unpredictable times. Fortunately, at Hape we live by the

transformation”. Over the past 35 years our ability to change
and adapt has paved Hape’s path to success.
Along the way we’ve modernized and embraced
digitalization together with our partners around the world.
We continuously strive to be a sustainable company and
a reliable and dynamic business partner. During 2021, we
subsidized our global cost for logistics and materials. This
enabled us to keep our customers’ prices at the same level
while raw materials and freight costs increased dramatically.
For 2022, we make the commitment that we will continue
the same price level as last year for long-term win-win
cooperation.
On top of that, we have decided to extend our warehousing
space to secure stock availability for our partners.
As a pioneer of the toy industry, we continuously devote
ourselves to investing and researching clean production,
sustainable techniques, safe and renewable materials and
edutainment and classic products. We endeavor to make
the world a better place for the next generation. As the
world is heading for a transition to a greener future, we
promise to continue to improve our products to be more
environmentally-friendly. Sustainability is firmly rooted into
our corporate culture and an essential part of our corporate
strategy.
