Within a very short time in 2020/21, our reality changed from barely<br />
constrained and real to distanced and digital.<br />

What have we learned from this? How did we evolve?<br />
• Online activities, virtual trade fairs and events were expanded<br />
• short product explainer videos were created, suitable for all digital<br />
channels<br />
• internal processes were reorganised, streamlined and simplified<br />
• a new process management was established to help us to identify<br />
and solve your „pain points“ better<br />
• Added product value is now transported quickly and easily to the<br />
customer via our B2B business blog, campaign specific landing<br />
pages and individual downloads.<br />
But we also recognise that nothing replaces real, personal contact and<br />
products that you hold in the hand simply inspire more.<br />
