Seit April 2017 läuft unsere

gesamte Produktion mit

Strom aus erneuerbaren

Energien. Die Produktion der

Energie sowie die

Überwachung der Zertifikate

erfolgt entsprechend der EU-

Richtlinie für erneuerbare

Energien (2009/28/EG).

Auch beim Kunststoff setzen

wir auf Nachhaltigkeit: Wir

haben einen

Lippenpflegestift entwickelt,

dessen Außenhülle zu 80%

aus recyceltem Kunststoff

hergestellt wird.

Umverpackungen werden

bevorzugt aus Recycling–

oder FSC zertifiziertem Papier

hergestellt.

Mit Hilfe des Programms Eco-

Cockpit der Effizienz-Agentur

NRW konnten wir unsere

produkt-, prozess- und

standortbezogene CO2-Bilanz

erstellen. Unsere aktuellen

Prozess- und

Produktemissionen wurden

bewertet und wir arbeiten

daran, unsere

Ressourceneffizienz weiter

zu steigern.

Die Forschung ist ein

wichtiger Bestandteil

unseres Unternehmens. Mit

der TU München wurde ein

Forschungsprojekt

durchgeführt, das durch das

Förderprogramm "Zentrales

Innovations Programm

Mittelstand" (ZIM) des

Wirtschaftsministeriums

gefördert wurde.

ECO-COCKPIT

RESEARCH

Since April 2017, our entire

production has run on

electricity sourced from

renewable energies. The

electricity is produced, and

the certificates are

monitored, according to the

EU directive on renewable

energies (2009/28/EG).

We place great importance

on sustainability – also

regarding plastics. For

instance, we offer a lip balm

stick that comes with a

casing made of 80% recycled

plastic. Also, we try to use

secondary packagings that

are made of recycled or FSCcertified

paper.

With the help of the Eco-

Cockpit program of the

Effizienz-Agentur NRW – an

organization that helps

manufacturing companies

improve their resource

efficiency – we were able to

get an even clearer picture of

our product, process and

site-specific carbon

footprint. Our current process

and product emissions were

assessed and we are now

working to further increase

our resource efficiency.

Research is an important part

of our company. A research

project was carried out with

the Technical University of

Munich, funded by the

"Central Innovation

Programme for SMEs" (ZIM) of

the Ministry of Economics.

balm stick Lipcare Eco. It

protects the lips with

sun protection factor 20

and nourishes them with

high-quality shea butter

from controlled organic

farming as well as

vitamin E. The formula

colours the lips slightly

whitish due to the UV

filter and has a pleasant

scent.

The lip balm with

soothing sea salt offers

long-lasting care and

intensive protection

from dry lips. It supports

the skin's protective

mechanisms thanks to

the ingredients

panthenol, which has a

healing and antiflammatory

effect, and

vitamin E, which is an

antioxidant.

This colourless lip balm

is easy to apply and can

be used in all lip balm

sticks.
