you about our hygiene standards, as well as current necessary
precautions in the hotel service. We ask you to take note of our
guide and hope for your understanding that we have to change
many of your valued or cherished things under the requirement
to guarantee the current hygiene and distance regulations.

Arrival and Covid19 test
According to the decree of our state government, the 3G rule applies.
This means that not only vaccinated and recovered persons but also
those who have tested negative again have access to our house.
Due to the current infection situation, we have decided that a
negative test result is mandatory for everyone upon arrival.
In addition, we recommend all guests to get tested at
regular intervals at our test center in Heiligendamm.
Persons who are neither vaccinated nor recovered
are required by law to present a negative test result
every three days.
Contact tracing with the Corona-Warn-App
The Corona-Warn-App helps us to determine whether we have
had any contact with an infected person which could result in
a risk of catching the virus. This way, we can interrupt chains
of infection more quickly. The app is a service by the Federal
Government.
We would like to ask all our external guests to use the
Corona-Warn-App for contact tracking. You, as our
hotel guests, please use the Corona-Warn-App
when visiting one of our events or restaurants.
Citizen test center in our Orangerie
All children under the age of 6 and „boostered“ individuals are
exempt from this testing requirement.

A warm welcome
Your arrival
With our private transfer, you have the option to customize your
arrival experience. Please wear your own medical mouth/nose
protection. Hand sanitizer is available.
Parking
You have the option of parking your car by yourself or using our
valet parking service. This is done according to the highest
standards of hygiene. Please inform us 15 min. before you want
to use the service.
When you arrive at our beautiful Baltic Sea, there are
easily accessible disinfection stations near the entrances.
We are looking forward to the adjusted check in and
ask you to follow the attached instructions to keep
the distances.
Please check in with only one person per room.
Room cards will be disinfected at check out so they can
be re-submitted clean and sanitized.

follow the instructions of our staff.
For your and our protection, our employees wear a medical
mouth-nose protection.

Your stay with us
We ask you to always keep the recommended distance
during your stay, in the public areas as well as in the
fresh air.
We have strengthened our hygiene measures and take
care of regular disinfection of all areas.
At check in, we offer you the option of using a „please do not
enter door tag“. This means that none of our staff will enter your
room during your stay. Room Service, Luggage Service & other
services will take place outside your room door. Please make sure
that the light outside your room door remains green in this case.

Please disinfect your hands at our disinfection stations
when entering the buildings.
Please use our elevators individually or only with relatives.

Rooms & suites
Cleaning of our rooms & suites, beds and all neuralgic
points takes place according to the highest possible
hygienic standards before each arrival. Regular airing
is mandatory.
We ask for your understanding that there is currently
no turndown service. However, if you have any explicit
wishes, please do not hesitate to contact us.
To make you feel completely comfortable and safe, the
selection of amenities has been expanded to include
disinfectants.
During room cleaning only our staff is allowed in the
room.

Due to the regulations of the state government, room
changes are only possible in exceptional cases.

Our restaurants & bars
Breakfast hours | 7.30 to 11.30 a.m.
Start the day relaxed with our exclusive breakfast. However,
please be informed that between 9.30 and 10.30 a.m. there may
be an increased number of guests and therefore waiting times.
Nelson Bar | 11.30 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Unfortunately, bar service is not available at this time. The Nelson
Bar kitchen welcomes you until 9.30 p.m.
Dinner times | 6 to 8 p.m. & 8 to 11 p.m.
Please let us know in advance when you would like to have
dinner. We kindly ask you to arrive at the Kurhaus Restaurant
at the respective times no later than 6.30 p.m. or 8.30 p.m. The
kitchen of the Kurhaus Restaurant welcomes you until 9.00 p.m.
Gourmet restaurant Friedrich Franz | from 6 p.m.
Always from tuesday to saturday. The kitchen of the Friedrich
Franz welcomes you until 8.30 p.m. For children from 6 years.

Sushi Bar | 6 to 11 p.m.
Always from friday to tuesday. The Sushi Bar kitchen welcomes
you until 9:30 p.m.

Our restaurants & bars
To ensure that you can enjoy our culinary highlights
without any worries, the recommended distance
between individual guests is strictly observed in our
restaurants.
Please disinfect your hands at our disinfection stations
when entering the restaurants.
Please wait at the entrance of the restaurants at all
times. You will be seated by our staff.
Our room service is available as follows:

- Lunch / Dinner | 11.00 to 23.00 hrs.

Our SPA & SPORTS area & kids club
Our various spa areas from fitness, indoor and outdoor
pool, to sauna area can be used as usual.
Spa treatments, massages and cosmetic treatments
are still available.
For the sake of the environment, please use only as many
towels as you need and dispose of the used towels in the
baskets provided.
Please do not move the sunbeds in the areas and
understand that no sunbeds can be reserved.
Wear a mouth-nose protection when entering the
SPA & SPORTS, which may only be taken off at the
outdoor pool, at a distance from other guests and
during appropriate treatments.
Children‘s swim times are available from 11 a.m. to
6 p.m. Please refrain from large swimming accessories
such as air mattresses, unicorns and other bathing
animals throughout the pool area.
The opening hours for the Eisbären Kids Club can
be found on our website. We will be happy to organize
childcare outside opening hours, which is then subject to
a charge. You can get more information at the reception.
Daily between 12 a.m. and 1 p.m. there is a lunch buffet
for the little ones, for which registration is requested by
5 p.m. the day before.

welcome to settle your bill the day before.
