Arrival and Covid19 test<br />

According to the decree of our state government, the 3G rule applies.<br />

This means that not only vaccinated and recovered persons but also<br />

those who have tested negative again have access to our house.<br />

Due to the current infection situation, we have decided that a<br />

negative test result is mandatory for everyone upon arrival.<br />

In addition, we recommend all guests to get tested at<br />

regular intervals at our test center in <strong>Heiligendamm</strong>.<br />

Persons who are neither vaccinated nor recovered<br />

are required by law to present a negative test result<br />

every three days.<br />

Contact tracing with the Corona-Warn-App<br />

The Corona-Warn-App helps us to determine whether we have<br />

had any contact with an infected person which could result in<br />

a risk of catching the virus. This way, we can interrupt chains<br />

of infection more quickly. The app is a service by the Federal<br />

Government.<br />

We would like to ask all our external guests to use the<br />

Corona-Warn-App for contact tracking. You, as our<br />

hotel guests, please use the Corona-Warn-App<br />

when visiting one of our events or restaurants.<br />

Citizen test center in our Orangerie<br />

All children under the age of 6 and „boostered“ individuals are<br />

exempt from this testing requirement.<br />

With our private transfer, you have the option to customize your<br />

arrival experience. Please wear your own medical mouth/nose<br />

protection. Hand sanitizer is available.<br />

Parking<br />

You have the option of parking your car by yourself or using our<br />

valet parking service. This is done according to the highest<br />

standards of hygiene. Please inform us 15 min. before you want<br />

to use the service.<br />

When you arrive at our beautiful Baltic Sea, there are<br />

easily accessible disinfection stations near the entrances.<br />

We are looking forward to the adjusted check in and<br />

ask you to follow the attached instructions to keep<br />

the distances.<br />

Please check in with only one person per room.<br />

Room cards will be disinfected at check out so they can<br />

be re-submitted clean and sanitized.<br />

Your stay with us<br />

We ask you to always keep the recommended distance<br />

during your stay, in the public areas as well as in the<br />

fresh air.<br />

We have strengthened our hygiene measures and take<br />

care of regular disinfection of all areas.<br />

At check in, we offer you the option of using a „please do not<br />

enter door tag“. This means that none of our staff will enter your<br />

room during your stay. Room Service, Luggage Service & other<br />

services will take place outside your room door. Please make sure<br />

that the light outside your room door remains green in this case.<br />

Rooms & suites<br />

Cleaning of our rooms & suites, beds and all neuralgic<br />

points takes place according to the highest possible<br />

hygienic standards before each arrival. Regular airing<br />

is mandatory.<br />

We ask for your understanding that there is currently<br />

no turndown service. However, if you have any explicit<br />

wishes, please do not hesitate to contact us.<br />

To make you feel completely comfortable and safe, the<br />

selection of amenities has been expanded to include<br />

disinfectants.<br />

During room cleaning only our staff is allowed in the<br />

room.<br />

Start the day relaxed with our exclusive breakfast. However,<br />

please be informed that between 9.30 and 10.30 a.m. there may<br />

be an increased number of guests and therefore waiting times.<br />

Nelson Bar | 11.30 a.m. to 1 a.m.<br />

Unfortunately, bar service is not available at this time. The Nelson<br />

Bar kitchen welcomes you until 9.30 p.m.<br />

Dinner times | 6 to 8 p.m. & 8 to 11 p.m.<br />

Please let us know in advance when you would like to have<br />

dinner. We kindly ask you to arrive at the Kurhaus Restaurant<br />

at the respective times no later than 6.30 p.m. or 8.30 p.m. The<br />

kitchen of the Kurhaus Restaurant welcomes you until 9.00 p.m.<br />

Gourmet restaurant Friedrich Franz | from 6 p.m.<br />

Always from tuesday to saturday. The kitchen of the Friedrich<br />

Franz welcomes you until 8.30 p.m. For children from 6 years.<br />

Our SPA & SPORTS area & kids club<br />

Our various spa areas from fitness, indoor and outdoor<br />

pool, to sauna area can be used as usual.<br />

Spa treatments, massages and cosmetic treatments<br />

are still available.<br />

For the sake of the environment, please use only as many<br />

towels as you need and dispose of the used towels in the<br />

baskets provided.<br />

Please do not move the sunbeds in the areas and<br />

understand that no sunbeds can be reserved.<br />

Wear a mouth-nose protection when entering the<br />

SPA & SPORTS, which may only be taken off at the<br />

outdoor pool, at a distance from other guests and<br />

during appropriate treatments.<br />

Children‘s swim times are available from 11 a.m. to<br />

6 p.m. Please refrain from large swimming accessories<br />

such as air mattresses, unicorns and other bathing<br />

animals throughout the pool area.<br />

The opening hours for the Eisbären Kids Club can<br />

be found on our website. We will be happy to organize<br />

childcare outside opening hours, which is then subject to<br />

a charge. You can get more information at the reception.<br />

Daily between 12 a.m. and 1 p.m. there is a lunch buffet<br />

for the little ones, for which registration is requested by<br />

5 p.m. the day before.
