The scope of photonic components offered<br />

by HHI includes LEDs, Lasers, fast photodiodes<br />

as well as novel InP based THz-systems.<br />

Our world-class research and development<br />

focus on Terabit/s transmission via fibre,<br />

free-space optics and THz radi<strong>at</strong>ion as well<br />

as on the enabling digital signal processing<br />

solutions for future network demands.<br />

For customer-specific photonic solutions with<br />

virtually unlimited applic<strong>at</strong>ions, HHI provides<br />

two photonic integr<strong>at</strong>ion pl<strong>at</strong>forms: an InP<br />

foundry service for monolithic integr<strong>at</strong>ion as<br />

well as HHI‘s flexible hybrid-integr<strong>at</strong>ed Poly-<br />

Board pl<strong>at</strong>form.<br />
