SUPER B TABLETS
PRODUCT SUMMARY
Super B is a comprehensive vitamin complex
containing all eight essential, energy-boosting B
vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12 and folic acid).
Recently reformulated, it now features Orgen-FA ® , a
natural folate source derived from lemon peels, and
methylcobalamin, a more bioavailable source of B12.
Formulated with nutmeg essential oil, and
bioavailable chelated minerals Magnesium,
Manganese, Selenium and Zinc, Super B assists in
maintaining energy levels.
B vitamins are a class of water-soluble vitamins that
are essential for the normal functioning of the body.
While B vitamins are fairly abundant in the diet and
can be found in a variety of foods, they are present
only in small amounts and thus, it may be difficult to
ensure adequate intake of Vitamin B from our diet
daily. Furthermore, they must be replenished daily as
they are not stored in the body.

DIRECTIONS
Take 2 tablets daily with a meal.
CAUTIONS
Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant,
nursing, taking medication, or have a medical
condition, consult a health care practitioner prior
to use. If taken on an empty stomach, you may
experience a temporary niacin flush/warming
sensation.

Q: Why was Nutmeg essential oil added to Super B?
A: Nutmeg was added for its ability to support healthy
energy levels and improved mood.
Q: Is the tablet heat pressed or cold pressed?
Q: What is the source of riboflavin in Super B?
A: Riboflavin is naturally sourced from fermentation
bacterium. If you have an allergy concern, we recommend
speaking with your health care provider prior to use.
A: The tablet is mechanically pressed, not heat
pressed or cold pressed. Due to friction, there is a
small amount of heat from the metal press. However,
this should not be confused with heat pressing,
as heat isn’t directly applied. The vitamins are not
affected from a quality standpoint.
