48 h test / Test 48 h
Each lamp is assembled and tested individually
to define the lumen output, power and colour
temperature parameters. During the testing phase,
each device remains in function for 48 hours by
alternating on and off cycles, so as to eliminate
possible premature malfunctions.
Ogni lampada è assemblata e testata individualmente,
per garantire i parametri di lumen output, potenza,
temperatura di colore. Durante la fase di test, ogni
apparecchio rimane in funzione 48 ore alternando
accensioni e spegnimenti, al fine di eliminare i
possibili malfunzionamenti prematuri.

The LED used on our products possesses the
following characteristics: single-chip high-power
LED with ceramic case and new-generation primary
optic, with binning within the 3 MacAdam steps,
selected LED voltage (VF) and economical life
cycle: 100,000 h @ L90 @ Ta = 25°C, ensuring
performance over time.
Special solutions have been implemented on
each lamp, between the LED board and the body,
to optimise the heat exchange. These measures
increase the electrical stiffness and help to
enhance the product’s reliability over time.
Il LED utilizzato nei nostri prodotti ha le seguenti
caratteristiche: LED Single Chip High Power
con Case Ceramico e ottica primaria di ultima
generazione, con binning entro i 3 step Mc Adam,
con una tensione del LED (VF) selezionata, ed una
vita economica: 100.000 h @ L90 @ Ta = 25°, per
garantire nel tempo le prestazioni.
In ogni lampada, tra la scheda LED e la scocca,
vengono adottate soluzioni per ottimizzare lo
scambio termico, aumentando la rigidità elettrica
e contribuendo ad aumentare l’affidabilità del
prodotto nel tempo.
