You will need:
▪ Pasta
▪ Frozen fish
▪ Crab sticks
▪ Spinach
▪ Carrots
▪ Apple

First, cook the pasta, carrots, and spinach until tender.
Then, add the frozen fish.
Next, mix everything, drain well, and let it cool down to room
temperature.
Once at room temperature, also add the crab sticks and the apple
(cut into cubes).
Then, mix well.
Serve whilst fresh and whilst the sun’s shining!
