C O N T E N T S A NOTE from the editor 13 DISHES FROM RAYMOND I sit writing this in the most bucolic of settings - we are lucky in that our offices are within farmlands (we are actually housed in a former hen shed - we say that’s why we sometimes run around like headless chickens). From my desk, I get to watch the seasons change - we welcomed the swallows who put on the most wonderful of shows - and only occasionally knocking into the windows during their frenzied activity! 04 COMPETITIONS We are really looking forward to the warmer months, and this issue is certainly a celebration of that.
