Dr. Dana Carson is the Founder and President of the Kingdom
Theological Seminary, which offers online and on campus theological
training for pastors, church leaders and serious Bible students

Prophetic Voice
God set Dr. Carson aside to be a
significant leader in the Kingdom
Reformation Movement. He is worldrenowned
for his expertise on the
Kingdom of God (the Kingdom Voice),
emphasizing its Jewish context, and
its message of the power of the Holy
Spirit, apostolic order, sonship, and
service. Holding firmly to the mandate
in Matthew 28 that commissions all
believers to go and teach all nations,
Dr. Carson has identified, equipped,
planted, and oversees hundreds of
Bible-centered, Spirit-filled, Communitybuilding,
Kingdom-minded leaders and
churches on four continents – North
America, Africa, Europe, and Asia, with
the vision of planting R.O.C.K. churches
on every inhabitable continent in over
120 countries! An apostle, defined by the
Bible, he has trained leaders in doctrine
and planted several R.O.C.K. churches
in North Carolina, Georgia, Illinois,
Virginia, and Texas, as well as over 100
churches in South Africa, Poland, Liberia,
Ghana, and India. In recognition of his
exemplary works in ministry, the 2007
Theologian Awards Production and
the Tour of Hope Foundation awarded
Dr. Carson with the Five-Fold Ministry
Award.
Scholar
Dr. Carson, though a high school dropout
from Chicago, has earned three doctorates
and four master degrees, thus he is one of
the top 1% of African American scholars
in the U.S. Dr. Carson earned a Doctorate
of Ministry from Boston University and
also studied The Church and Economic
and Community Development at the
Harvard Graduate School of Divinity.
He also earned a Doctorate of Christian
Psychology from Logos Graduate School.
In 2004, Dr. Carson completed a Ph.D.
in Organizational Leadership from
Regent University. He also holds four
master’s degrees: a Master in Counseling
and Guidance (Texas A&M), a Master of
Divinity (Austin Presbyterian Theological
Seminary/Oral Roberts University),
Master of Economic Development
and Entrepreneurship (University of
Houston), and he was the first full-time
clergy to earn a Global Executive MBA

from the world-class Fuqua School
of Business (Duke University). Dr.
Carson received his B.S. in Business
Administration from HBCU Wiley United
Methodist College where he became a
member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity,
Inc.

Dr. Carson is the Chief Executive
Visionary and founder of Dana Carson
Kingdom Ministries, Inc. (DCKM), a nonprofit
ministry organization designed to
spread the gospel of the Kingdom while
restoring families and communities
through programs of empowerment.
Through DCKM, Dr. Carson spreads the
good news of the Kingdom around the
world through preaching, education, and
literature. Dr. Dana Carson is a prolific
author and writer of biblical study guides
and curricula. He has written numerous
books in theology, leadership, and church
growth. Dr. Carson has authored over
200 books/Kingdom resources that are
designed to help transform believers
in every aspect of their walk with God.
However, DCKM is only one of several
companies that have been established to
resource and support the expansion of
God’s Kingdom. Many of his books are
used to train leaders and laypeople in
the Kingdom Bible University (KBU) and
the Kingdom Theological Seminary, of
which he is the founder and chancellor.
This 21st century transformational
leader’s organizational expertise impacts
business professionals in addition to
church leadership. An entrepreneur in
his own right, he owns several additional
businesses: Carson Consulting Group;
IntelliChurch TM Ministry Solutions; and
FD’s Famous Burgers and Chicago-Style
Wings.
Dr. Carson conducts professional
leadership seminars to community,
church, and business leaders worldwide.
He is the chief leadership strategist at
the DCKM Leadership Development
& Training Corporation, a training
company that equips and empowers
leaders through state-of-the-art
leadership coaching seminars. Also a
certified church growth specialist, Dr.
Carson advises pastors and ministries
how to holistically increase their
membership according to God’s design
— reviving, revitalizing, and redirecting
churches toward healthy growth for
effective ministry. Dr. Carson also
provides leadership training through
the Center for Church Growth and
Kingdom Empowerment, which assists
churches across denominational lines,
cultural lines, and generational lines, but
is especially dedicated to a very unique
market of churches and church leaders –
African Americans.
Community-Builder
Dr. Carson’s fervor for lifting, developing,
and building communities is second to
none. Dr. Carson studied the church,
economics, and community building
during his doctoral studies at Harvard
University. Dr. Carson wrote his
dissertation on the relationship between
African American males between the
ages of 14-35 and the independent church
at Boston University, the alma mater of
the distinguished Martin Luther King
Jr. and C. Eric Lincoln. Wherever the
Lord plants him, Dr. Carson establishes
a vibrant ministry that touches the lives
of people – mind, body, and soul. In
Houston, the vision of The R.O.C.K. and
the ministry of Dr. Dana Carson has
always been characterized by community
activism, community development, and
economic empowerment through life
skills training.
The R.O.C.K. has provided toys,
backpacks, school supplies, face masks,
transportation, skills development, food,
and hurricane relief to the citizens of
the southeast Houston area. Dr. Carson
provides mentorship and exposure
opportunities through at-risk programs
for junior high and high school youth,
and a special mentor programs for young
males of color including the Carson Male
Academy and the Young Prophets and
Ministers. For his many efforts, President
Barack Obama selected him to receive the
President’s Lifetime Achievement Award,
the most prestigious given to a few
Americans in recognition of over 4,000
hours of extraordinary service! In 2016,
God gave Dr. Carson perhaps his most

significant assignment – the opportunity
to acquire a Christian elementary school
in Nairobi, Kenya that educates almost
500 disadvantaged and unserved children
in the Mukuru Kwa Njenga slum.

As a Father and
Husband
Dr. Carson is a devoted husband to
Executive Pastor Rachelle Carson, who
serves faithfully in ministry with him
as Lead Pastor of The R.O.C.K. World
Outreach in Houston, Dean of the
Kingdom Theological Seminary, and
Chief Editor of Dana Carson Kingdom
Ministries. He affectionately calls her
“Baruch.” They have been blessed with
five children: Dana Carson II, John
Anthony Carson, Angel Naomi Carson,
Marielle Alli Sanchez, and Devon Jarrod
Carson.

clear that all of this can only come to pass
by the hand of God. And God has faithfully
shown His hand upon our leader and our
ministry every step of the way.
The R.O.C.K. is NOT your average church

global impact. We are not a megachurch –
we are a mega ministry! And we believe that
it is our Kingdom assignment to take the
gospel of the Kingdom around the world to
win as many souls for Jesus Christ that we
possibly can (Matthew 24:14).
Through the leadership of Apostle Dr.
Dana Carson, The R.O.C.K. headquarters
has amassed a major Kingdom enterprise
of properties, programs, and ministry
partners that extends throughout four
continents – North America, Africa, Europe,
and Asia. Here’s just a brief overview of The
R.O.C.K. mega ministry enterprise!
God has favored us and given us three local
campuses in the Houston/Greater Houston
area to make an impact on the communities
we’ve been called to serve. Each of our
campuses - Broadway, Edgebrook, and Alvin
- are growing and helping to transform
the lives of many, and the best is still yet to
come.
In addition to these three campus, we also
have a Dana Carson Kingdom Ministries
(DCKM) Administrative office building in
Houston, TX; a DCKM Administrative office
in Alvin, TX, which will serve as the Perpetuity
Construction Company; 221 acres of
land; and a Carson Academy of Kingdom
Excellence (C.A.K.E.) school located in the
Mukuru Kwa Njenga slum in Nairobi, Kenya.
These properties are just the beginning of
what God has in store for us as we venture
to expand and gain new territory for the
Kingdom of God!

The Booker T. Washington Empowerment
Center (BTW) provides low-cost
and tuition-free career certifications,
job training and placement services,
startup assistance, and life skills training
for veterans, unemployed, underemployed,
low-income, low-skill, and
displaced workers to produce a pipeline
of skilled, work-ready Texans prepared
for high-wage careers in high-growth
sectors that will economically and
socially empower their lives.
The Kingdom Theological Seminary
The next major feature of The R.O.C.K.’s
new campus is the Kingdom Theological
Seminary (KTS). KTS seeks to be a
solution to the biblical illiteracy that
exists within the Christian church. The
KTS is a disruptive seminary that offers
a one-of-a-kind, quality, yet affordable
online and on campus theological
education for those seeking to increase
their biblical knowledge.
KTS is the graduate school to the
Kingdom Bible University (KBU). KTS

offers age-appropriate learning, wherein
each age group’s education will provide
cognitive development, oral language,
literacy, subject-based learning (STEAM),
social development, and emotional development.
The ACTS (Assisting Children Towards
Success) Corporation
ACTS is a mentoring and motivation
program with the purpose of identifying
male and female children and youth
between the ages of 10-18 that desire to
improve their athletic skill sets, while
working towards a foundation for success
through scholastic achievement.
The ACTS program provides children and
youth with a definition of success, academic
acceleration, community involvement,
technology intelligence, a spiritual
foundation, and skill and academic
support.
Amongst all of our campuses, The
R.O.C.K. has three state-of-the-art gymnasiums
and an outdoor sports court to
run our program!
Bookstore & Coffeehouse
At The R.O.C.K., we provide both natural
and spiritual food for all of our ministry
partners and guests. Each campus is
equipped with a bookstore and coffeehouse,
but the Broadway campus houses
our DCKM Kingdom Empowerment
Center (bookstore) and a five-star, top of
the line coffeehouse.
DCKM Studio
The DCKM Studio serves a two-fold purpose:
it serves as a large seminar/training
room and a recording studio. This studio
also contains a podcast/isolation booth
and a video recording suite.
Kingdom Kidz World
The Kingdom Kidz World (KKW) building
is the newest acquisition of The R.O.C.K.
(June 2022)! This facility will be the new
home for KKW, which provides fun and
exciting, faith-filled curriculum and
activities for our children ages 3-11.

The Alvin campus is located at 415 West
Adoue Street, Alvin, TX 77511. This campus
is comprised of a 66,000 sq.ft. church
and gymnasium that is an extension
campus of The R.O.C.K. World Outreach

300 families made their historic transition

After two long years of the
pandemic and strict limitations
regarding who can
enter the country, international
tourists have finally begun to return
to Israel.
For Christians, and especially leaders,
a trip to Israel – considered the
place of Christianity’s birth – is like
none other. It helps us connect with
our faith. Christians should make
at least one trip to Israel in their
lifetime because being here helps us
visualize and reimagine the events
in the Bible and gives us a deeper
understanding God’s word. We are
also able to experience the land, the
people and God in a deeper way.
Coming to Israel should be on the
bucket list of every Christian leader.
And there is an urgency that now is
the time!
I love to hear stories of Christian
leaders who come for the first time
and share their experiences in
Israel, our new home. Recently, I
was overjoyed when my spiritual
father, Dr. Dana Carson, informed
me and my husband, Church of God
in Christ Bishop Glenn Plummer,
that he was coming to Israel because
it was always something he wanted
to do. He and Lady Rachelle – along
with his good friend and scholar Dr.
Brad Young plus 35 leaders from his
church – visited Israel.
It meant so much to me for him
since he was instrumental in devel-

oping my spiritual journey and
helping me become the leader I
am today. It was important to me
that he see for himself our work
in Israel. It was like a family visit
on the other side of the world –
and it warmed my heart to share a
little southern hospitality.
Carson is one of the nation’s foremost
theologians and down-toearth
pastors whose radical message
and raw delivery are known
all over the world. He is the
Founder and Senior Pastor of the
Reflections of Christ’s Kingdom
World Outreach International
(The R.O.C.K.) in Houston, Texas
– a Bible-centered, Spirit-filled,
community-building, Kingdom-minded
ministry founded
in 2003. With more than 36 years
of full-time and pastoral ministry
experience, Carson is responsible
for churches on multiple continents.
He is also a scholar. Carson, a
Ph.D., holds three earned doctorates:
One in Theological Studies,
specializing in church growth
from Boston University; Organizational
Leadership from Regent
University and Christian Psychology
from Logos University.
Carson is a prolific author of
hundreds of books, most emphasizing
the Kingdom of God
within the Second Temple context
of Jesus. His studies have landed
him multiple doctoral and other
graduate degrees that have helped
him understand the Kingdom
culture of Jesus.
“However,” he said, “throughout
my journey leading churches and
teaching about the context of
Jesus, there was one thing that I
lacked. After 37 years of executive-level
ministry, I had never
visited Israel, the Holy Land.”

that I currently serve, The
ROCKWOI, which is an
acronym for The Reflections
of Christ’s Kingdom World
Outreach International. Our
trip to Israel was amazing,
one filled with many discoveries,
illumination, and
even correction. We got a
better understanding of the
deep religious history of the
Jewish people. We explored
archaeological excavations
that helped us better understand
the people of the
Bible, Israel, and the clash of
civilizations.
Our trip revealed how resilient
God’s original covenant
people have been throughout
their experience of Assyrian,
Babylonian, and Persian
exile and while under the
Greco-Roman rule. But what
was most moving about the
adaptability of Israel was its
existential sustainability in
light of the Jewish diaspora,
the Holocaust, and the es-

tablishment of Israel as a nation
in 1948. We were humbled and
in awe to actually walk among a
people who have the favor of God
upon them, even though there
is always the imminent threat
of war. They are a small nation
surrounded by potentially hostile
nations that have repeatedly tried
to destroy them but cannot.
Often in the U.S., we argue
apologetically for the validity
of the Bible utilizing prophetic
manifestations and archaeological
discoveries, such as the Dead
Sea Scrolls and the ancient ruins
of former civilizations. However,
as I walked upon the Holy
Land, one of the key witnesses to
the reliability of the scriptures
was the existence of the Jewish
people. When we examine history
and examine the Canaanites,
Jebusites, Perizzites, the Hittites,
and others, one must pause and
ask – “What happened to these
civilizations who fought against
Israel?” It is evident that Israel
has supernatural protection that
has allowed them to survive these
civilizations in antiquity, the
horrific Holocaust in the 20th
century, and prevail in every
battle since then.
The resilience and continued
existence of the natural seeds of
Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob should
cause every Gentile (non-Jewish
believer) to have even more
confidence in the New Testament
prophecies found in the apocalyptic
literature of the Old and
New Testaments. The book of
Revelation talks about the Battle
of Armageddon. Thus, it was fascinating
to visit the mountain of
Megiddo (Tel Megiddo), the place
where the final battle between
good and evil will be fought.
We climbed the hill where Israel
will have to fight a bloody battle
against several countries, and
they, as a people, will prevail.

and fascinations that we gathered in Israel,
I must wrap it up.
The last highlight of the trip, but definitively
not the least in importance, was the
tour that allowed us to walk in the footsteps
of Jesus, visit Nazareth of Galilee,
visit the Temple and the Temple Mount,
pray in the Garden of Gethsemane, and be
baptized in the Jordan River. These were
mind-blowing spiritual experiences for
the entire group. It was chilling to visit the
two sites believed to be His tomb and to
visit Golgotha. The trip and the tours were
expansive and too much to write about in
one article.
But the personal highlight was visiting
the home of the Bishop of Israel, Glenn
Plummer, and the First Lady of Israel,
Ruth Pauline Plummer, of the Church of
God in Christ. Having eaten the wonderful
cuisine of Israel, we were a little hungry
for the familiar. And the First Lady and the
Bishop prepared us an exquisite downhome
African-American soul food dinner.
That’s right – we ate a soul food dinner in
Israel.
We look forward to bringing many other
groups to experience the Holy Land. And
we thank the Jewish people for standing
on their identity and fighting for their
freedom. Hopefully, we will see you again
soon!

AN OASIS IN THE
DESERT
The R.O.C.K. Kyle is Bringing a
Fresh Start to Central Texas
The Kingdom of God is powerfully
moving forward!! It is alive as we
move into the region for the vision
that our apostle, Dr. Dana Carson,
has established, and we have vowed
to do even greater! Over the past year,
our ministry has been given multiple
opportunities to be a part of several
community events.
Not only has Pastor Curl been a voice
of wise counsel for the Mayor of the
City of Kyle and a Kingdom leader for
local Pastors within the I35 corridor,
but he was invited back for the 3rd year
in a row to be on the panel for the City
of Kyle Peace and Progress Dialogue
for both Black history month and
Juneteenth. In addition to this historic
event, The R.O.C.K. Kyle’s worship team
was invited to sing the National Anthem
and the Black National Anthem
for the City of Kyle’s 1st ever Juneteenth
event.
Pastor Curl is active in the Hays CISD
with his roles on multiple school
boards such as the School Health Advisory
Council (SHAC) and the District
Leadership Team (DLT) in addition to
being a key community confidant and
advisor for the Superintendent of the
school district. The Impact Education
program that was founded by Pastor
Curl in 2017, has also had great success
over the past year and continues to
grow.
Impact serviced 4 elementary school
campuses during the 2021-2022 school
year which included mentoring children
and holding its first after school
club! At the end of the school year,
Pastor Curl met with district employees
about the program and collaboratively
started planning for the 2022-2023
school year, which will include expanding
the program to a total of 8 campuses
and receiving funding.

We know that we are freed by the power
of our testimony. Our testimony is our
story, which has led us on a journey.
This past year has been just that for the
R.O.C.K. Kyle…a journey! As a good son
only knows to do, Pastor Marquet Curl
has mirrored the life of his spiritual Father,
Apostle Dr. Dana Carson. During
COVID, he kept this ministry moving

forward by continuously
pouring into his leaders
and never letting them lose
sight of the vision. Because
of his sacrifice, The R.O.C.K
Kyle congregation was
continuously fed spiritually
through Sunday and
Wednesday services.
Our Sunday services have
been held at one of the local
elementary schools in Hays
CISD, where access was
limited to a couple hours
on Saturday. This is when
all equipment needed for
service would get moved
from Pastor Curl’s house to
the school, and a few hours
on Sunday, when service
would take place and all
equipment would get broken
down and returned to
Pastor Curl’s house.
For Wednesday night bible
study, Pastor Curl transformed
his living room into
a studio and was able to
stream services for the past
2 plus years with the help of
our AV team!
Amid this global pandemic,
God told Pastor Curl it was
time to move, and we began
searching this region for a
more permanent residence!
Last convocation Prophetess
Floyd said to Pastor
Curl “Don’t worry about the
building!”
First, we found a building
on CM Allen Pkwy. We
walked the land and prayed,
the door opened and then
God shut the door because
the deal wasn’t what it was
presented to be. Shortly
afterwards, we found
another building that was
a cold storage facility and
then there was the school
that we were determined to
take over. We met with the
director of the school on
numerous occasions, people
got licensed to run the
school, and we even had a
contract with earnest money
paid; however, both our
Apostle and God spoke to
Pastor Curl and communicated
that this wouldn’t be a
wise move at this time…so
the search continued.

Finally, after seeking and knocking…God opened the door to the building located at 107 CenterPoint
Road in San Marcos TX! 6000 sq ft of church space to match this great VISION. Our church where
the lives of multiple generations will be transformed!
Additionally, God blessed us with almost 3000 sq ft of office space for our Marquet Curl Ministries
administrative office building where Pastor Curl now has his OWN space to prepare for the word
and pour into his leaders through trainings and workshops!

Just like his Apostle, Pastor Curl is serving as the General Contractor and overseer of this amazing undertaking.
Since there are souls on the line, we are doing this ministry project with the spirit of excellence
while trusting the stewardship sacrifices of the people of God!
People from South Austin to San Antonio and all surrounding counties of this region are about to encounter
a takeover with Kingdom Power like no other! Miracles, Signs, and Wonders will happen here because that
is what happens at The R.O.C.K.!!

THE GAP
The R.O.C.K. Austin is Serving
Their Community Through
the Community Coalition for
Health (C2H)
Who is C2H? Community Coalition for Health,
or C2H, is a non-profit organization founded
by Dr. Charles Moody and Mia Greer in 2014
with the goal of providing health awareness programming
to communities in east Austin. C2H has become
a reliable source of information and support in our
community, and a trusted broker of relationships,
providing the bridge between health organizations and
community members that otherwise would not exist.
As the only African American entity that is currently
funded by Central Health in Austin, we are pushing for
increased diversity in their funding and in their upper
management staffing, but our impact does not stop
there!

Youth COVID-19
Town Hall
Community Coalition for Health co-hosted a
Youth Town Hall via zoom with the University
of Texas at Austin and Whole Communities
Whole Health. We brought together
a panel of health experts and a couple of
youth students, to guide the conversation.
Eric Walker a middle schooler and Adreme
Williams a high schooler were asked several
questions about their experience since returning
to school after COVID-19 shut down
the World and its systems.
The education system was severely altered
as students were forced to attend school
remotely. For many children that meant
isolation from the outside world, which
affected their learning and mental state.
Adreme and Eric both explained how school
isn’t nearly the same as it once was pre-covid,
the curriculum has become mediocre and
many children have lost motivation. These
boys stated that “ Yes, they do talk about the
vaccine and mask-wearing with friends but
most of their thoughts are influenced by
their parents but overall it seems the majority
of kids aren’t very focused on COVID-19.”
Spotlights from the Youth Town Hall
Eric Walker is a 12-year-old in
the 7th grade and attends Bartlett
Middle School. He is interested in
studying business or zoology. He is
currently involved in all year-round
sports, such as football, basketball,
track, and baseball. Sports have
been a big part of his life. He is a
dedicated and hardworking young
student-athlete who is looking to
play at the highest level of football.
He enjoys playing videos games in
his spare time, spending time with
his loved ones, and working out. He
is also an active church member at
The R.O.C.K. ATX and attends the
youth ministry.
Adreme Williams is a thriving
15-year-old born in the state of
Illinois. Adreme has decided that
he would like to dig his roots in the
great state of Texas. Adreme loves
athletics and will challenge anyone
he thinks he can conquer. He plans
to go to college and wants to either
be a geologist or own several car
dealerships. Adreme is an outgoing
youth willing to participate in anything
with friends and family that
sounds like fun.
This Townhall was eye-opening to the realities
of how our children have been affected
by COVID-19 and we had a turnout that
exceeded expectations.

UT Pharmacy Students
The C2H team has been chosen
to work with the current class of
UT School of Pharmacy students,
to expand their knowledge and
understanding of how to address
the social determinants of health
in our communities. As their CBO
(community-based organization),
we are to mentor the students
through community outreach
opportunities to increase their
experience in the field.
We want to bridge the gap by
decreasing the stigma of the
population of people that are
seen as “less deserving” of proper
healthcare and wellbeing. Our
hope is, upon graduation and
acquiring a job in the said field,
these students will be able to fully
understand how to serve these
communities.
We want to ensure equity and
equality in the healthcare system
for the future by influencing our
next generation of healthcare
professionals a leap in the right
direction.
Women’s Reentry
Focus Groups
Community Coalition for Health is proud to
announce that our COO Mia Greer has been
elected to the Reentry Roundtable Executive
Committee!
“The Austin/Travis County Reentry Roundtable,
modeled after the National Reentry Roundtable
convened by the Urban Institute, is an ongoing
forum for academics, practitioners, community
leaders, policymakers, advocates, and formerly
incarcerated individuals working to address the
challenges to effective reentry and reintegration
of persons with criminal histories.
The Austin/Travis County Reentry Roundtable
works to promote a community that values and
supports equity for formerly incarcerated persons
and individuals with justice involvement.
In September 2003, the Roundtable’s initial
Planning Council was formed, comprised of
multiple city and county stakeholders.
Hornsby Bend Health
& Wellness Center
The first forum, held in April 2004, kicked
off the organization with a plan to encourage
reentry stakeholders to break down the silos in
which they were operating. The Roundtable was
formed as a strategy and venue for leaders to
come together for more effective reintegration
for those returning to our community.
The Hornsby Bend Health & Wellness
Center will bring expanded
clinical services to Hornsby Bend
and its surrounding communities.
The center will foster mental and
physical wellbeing while building
community among Eastern Travis
County residents.
The proposed services include
primary care, Integrated behavioral
health, and oral health
assessment, select specialty care
services via Telehealth, accessible
community gathering space
(indoor community room, outdoor
community garden, play areas, and
green space).

MOVES IN
“THE CHI”
Pastor Diedre Williams is making
moves at The R.O.C.K. Chicago and
is taking ministry to the next level
If anyone would ask – sometimes people do – I would
describe The R.O.C.K. Chicago, a ROCKWOI church
plant, nestled and rooted firmly in the soil of the Chicagoland
area – as a Kingdom Learning and Preparatory
Center for those who are serious about the King’s clarion
call to His chosen ones to “Know Him, to make Him
known to others, and to spread His Kingdom message
around the world!” At the R.O.C.K. Chicago, our manner
of thinking about the Lord’s church and Kingdom Embassy
is: “We don’t just go here, we GROW here!” – understanding
that Our Sovereign King is always looking
for those who are in His Kingdom to faithfully produce
for His Kingdom, expand the borders of His Kingdom,
and then to Grow His church.
The R.O.C.K. Chicago started very
humbly and determinedly in the
basement of our family’s home in
2015, and continues today in the
same way: humility before God,
and determination to reach our
corporate and Kingdom destiny in
Him. Since The R.O.C.K. Chicago
started with 1 faithful partner
in our home, we’ve successfully
acquired, maintained and
“grown into and out of” 2 ministry
locations, and we are excitedly
searching for our third ministry
home. We are looking forward to
impacting the community God
has called our ministry to with the
gospel of the Kingdom of God in a
way that sees many lives touched
and then transformed to the Glory
of God. Our vision for ministry
is truly apostolic in nature, as we
are expecting to build not just one
church, but multiple powerful,
effective and impactful churches
across the entire region!
COVID-19 has pushed us onto a
course of discovery as well as a
quest for excellence as it pertains
to technology, particularly in
the area of streaming Worship
services and the like. As pastor,
I was not excited about the idea,
however during the course of the
pandemic we were encouraged
and led by our Apostle to step out
on faith – in excellence, so that
we were able to see the ministry
not only survive, but thrive! We
have, like many other ministries,
experienced both the awesome
benefits, as well as the disappointing
deficits of streaming online,
with the understanding that the
benefits surely outweigh the risks.
One of the most notable things
about ROCKCHI (as we are affectionately
known) is the close
and loving relationships that are
formed in the ministry. We are
a spirit-filled family of believers
who enjoy and benefit greatly

from “doing life” together amongst the
fellowship of the saints. Our partners
love to serve and help one another, as
well as those the Lord sends to Worship
and fellowship with us.
In line with the vision of The R.O.C.K.
“to become a Great Commission-based,
disciple-making church that uses every
conceivable medium of technology
to help people know God, make Him
known to others, and spread His Kingdom
message around the world”, drama
is one of the innovative ways we work
to reach those we would not otherwise
have an opportunity to reach. In the
last year, God has graced the ministry
to produce a web series called “Deeper
than Flesh,” a Kingdom-centered and
focused production – created by young
adults to reach young adults who have
questions about the Faith, or who desire
to grow in relationship and in the
knowledge of God. “Deeper than Flesh”
is just a start. As the ministry grows,
we’re strategizing and planning to
utilize this mode and methodology of
ministry in major and expansive ways.
The R.O.C.K. Chicago is a very special
group of Kingdom citizens, focused
on becoming progressively more and
more of who we’ve been called to be,
and then doing more and more of
what we’ve been called to do. Like the
great apostle Paul, we are working to
be obedient to the Heavenly Vision
through unapologetically working the
King’s work of Reconciliation. We do
this work through Evangelism, Discipleship,
corporate outreach efforts, as
well as our monthly legal clinic – “The
Gospel Justice Center” – managed through
the blessing of a solid partnership with two
very formidable ministry organizations
-“Together Chicago” and “Administer Justice,”
both based in the Chicagoland area.
What a joy and honor to be the lead servant
of The R.O.C.K. Chicago, where we are
working diligently – under the anointed and
one-of-a-kind leadership of our Apostle, Dr.
Dana Carson – to explain, proclaim, and to
demonstrate the power of the Kingdom of
God to all who have ears to hear this powerful
and necessary end-time Gospel!
We’re still standing! And we give God
all the glory for what He has done so
far, and what He has in mind to do as
we forge ahead in His Mighty Power
and according to His plan.
We know that victory resides in the
voice of the King, and thus we are listening,
hearkening to and heeding His
voice in this season of life and ministry,
and in every season to come. We
are looking forward to celebrating our
launch, as well as the Grand Opening
of our new facility with the R.O.C.K.
Nation before the year closes.

THE LIGHT CENTER!
The Newest Addition to The R.O.C.K. WOI
Fellowship of Churches
The Light Center, Inc., located in Fort
Lauderdale, Florida, [roughly 20 miles
north of Miami] is a powerfully anointed
Ministry Co-Pastored by Bishop Clarke A. Lazare and
Prophetess [Dr.] Diane M. Lazare. He is variously described
on his Instagram page as “transformational, Senior Pastor, Entrepreneur,
devoted husband, strong father and Lover of God.” His
wife, Dr. Lazare, is affectionately known as “Docdi,” and has been
described in Diane Lazare Ministries thusly: “Her anointed ministry
of integrity, character and reliance on the Word of God has
brought healing and restoration to her community and beyond.”
Together, this powerhouse couple for Christ send this message to
those interested in The Light Center: “You were born to shift this
world with what God has put inside of you.”
The couple have been pastoring since 2002, when, without any
ministry guidance or financial support, they began the journey of
pastoring the newly incorporated Light of Life Worship Center,
Inc., with a membership of five (5) in February 2002. In 2014,
the ministry decided to change the name to The Light Center, to
better reflect the overall vision. However, twenty years before in
1994, the providential hand of God led them to visit for a period a
ministry in Austin, Texas called “Praise Tabernacle Outreach and
Family Worship Center, Inc” pastored by a younger Dr. Carson.
Bishop Lazare had been led to take a job in Austin, where he
worked as an engineer for the City of Austin, and Prophetess
Lazare had been accepted into a doctoral program in Social Work

friend of the Prophetess had told
the couple about the Ministry, and it
made a lasting impression on the couple:
“I was a licensed minister when we visited in 1994,
and number one is that Apostle Carson was a Word-based
preacher, and the ministry was obviously Word-based in all
they did—and it showed in the structure of the church and how
it was organized. It really stood out,” commented Bishop Lazare.
“We actually saw and experienced the framework and model for
how things should work, and how the various parts of a ministry
should interact with each other. It was refreshing for an educated
leader to see everybody operating within their roles.” The Lazare’s

used the same structure and framework to set up their ministry
in 2002. “I knew in the 90’s I was headed towards Pastoring.” In
fact, Bishop Lazare characterizes his Ministry as a “word-church,”
and considers the two ministry’s current hook-up to become affiliated
as a ‘natural progression’ towards where The Light Center
was heading all along.
Formerly associated with and a part of Bishop Shelton Bady’s
ministry organization, when Bishop Bady recently retired, he apparently
suggested or cleared the way for the Bishop and Prophetess
to consider an affiliation with Apostle Dana Carson and The
R.O.C.K. Bishop Lazare had kept up with Apostle Carson through
the years and would often run into him at various services and
functions.
“When I was consecrated as a Bishop in 2016 by Bishop Bady,
Apostle Carson was one of the Co-Consecratees—and actually
spoke at the service.” He relishes the opportunity to be affiliated
with Apostle Carson and envisions a both fruitful and mutually

Pastor by calling with a prophetic gift, Pastor Mishael Carson
serves as the DCKM representative in Europe. A minister of the
gospel for over 28 years, currently, he is a minister in Rumia,
Poland where he serves as the Executive Director of the Missions
to the Balkans. He has also served as a missionary to the United
Arab Emirates.
Pastor Carson is gifted minister in area of healing, deliverance,
and miracles. He ministers Monday – Friday at 6am weekly on
his YouTube channel – The Prophetic Pulpit. He has traveled

and ministered in Nigeria, United States of America
(preached in 35 states out 50 states in the USA), France,
Norway, Belgium, Denmark, Poland, Croatia, Serbia,
the Balkans, Malaysia, Kenya, Ivory Coast, Togo, Ghana,
India, and more. He formerly served as a bishop of the
Church of God in Christ, Memphis TN - Southern Nigeria
Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, He is an accomplished
leader, theologian, and highly anointed servant of the
God.
He is married to Prophetess Nthandazo (Margaret), and
they have 4 children: Lemuel, Precious, Zuriel, and Eliel.

JEREMIAH THOMPSONS
Ambassador Jeremiah Thompsons is a fire brand
prophet, born January 20, 1986. He started full time
ministry at the age of 17. He holds a Diploma of Theology
from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary
in Ghana, West Africa.

SECHABA MOTHIANE
Pastor Sechaba Mothiane is the Senior Pastor of The
R.O.C.K. Vlakfontein, a city with a population of some
20,000 people. God has graced The R.O.C.K. Vlakfontein
to be a part of The R.O.C.K. World Outreach Intl.
for the past ten years. Coming under the leadership of
Apostle Dr. Dana Carson has been the best thing that
has ever happened to the ministry. Prior to being part
of The R.O.C.K., things were happening in a haphazard
way without proper structures and principles in place
to guide the ministry towards intentional growth and
expansion.
Association with The R.O.C.K. has had a powerful impact
on the ministry through the Kingdom teachings and
mentoring of Dr. Dana Carson week after week on Livestream
and the general support from the head office.
Fellowship with The R.O.C.K. has produced transformed
lives in the church and the community with the gospel
of the Kingdom of God. Pastor Mothiane is married to
Lady Daphne Mothiane, and together, they have been
blessed with a daughter – Molemo.
On March 5th, 2017, Ambassador Thompsons founded
the Awakening Embassy International and its affiliate
churches, which have their headquarters at Haatso
Ecomog in Accra, Ghana. As general overseer, he
ensures that vision of the church, to cause a revival in
the Body of Christ through the undiluted Word of God
and the prophetic audacity and moving of the Spirit,
comes to pass. His mission is to redefine destinies (give
every life a meaning through the inspiration of the
Holy Spirit) and take territories (planting churches all
over the world).
Ambassador Thompsons is also a conference speaker
and revivalist: his revival meetings are one of a kind!
His messages center on Kingdom leadership, strategic
warfare, power, and the grace of God. He is a life coach,
mentor, and spiritual father who offers spiritual covering
to many ministers in the Kingdom of God. He is
known as a pastor for pastors (because of his nurturing
and gifted leadership gift). Ambassador Thompsons is
also the president of Ambassadors Ministerial Bible
Institute, which operates as a facility for the training
and equipping of pastors. The institute provides free

DISPENSATION SEVEN:
IS THIS THE END?
Dr. Dana Carson’s Newest Book Release Will
Reshape Your Thoughts About the End Times
When we look at the things we are
experiencing in our world, one
must step back and ask, “What
is going on?” Dispensation Seven is a tool
for the world – to help us know where we
are, as a civilization, on the prophetic time
clock of God. It is my hope that Dispensation
Seven enables you to understand what
is going on through a biblical perspective,
which is through the lens of Israel and the
Church.
Dispensation Seven is an eschatological
book that examines the concept of the
end times and the end-time signs. While
we are clear that no man knows the day
nor the hour, Jesus told us the signs of His
coming in the Olivet Discourse of Matthew
24. In Dispensation Seven, I examine this
prophetic text with a particular emphasis
on Ezekiel 37-39, the book of Daniel, and
the Olivet Discourse, along with the eschatological
epistles and writings of Paul,
Peter, and John.
Dispensation Seven closely examines the
prophetic shifts of scripture and the prophetic
seasons of prophecies and creates
a theological and eschatological picture of
the end-time environment. I explain how
the entire Bible is eschatological, from
Genesis to Revelation, from the point that
God said, “the Seed of the woman would
bruise the serpent’s head.”
Dispensation Seven examines the concept
of life after death in the Older Testament
and how the strong belief in life after
death emerges during the Persian and
Greek rule during the Intertestamental
Period. Dispensation Seven explains how
Revelation 1-3 are germane to helping us
understand the prophetic season that we
are in.
Dispensation Seven argues that we cannot
discern the signs of the time by looking
at the moral corruptness of the world, for
evil is evil and gets no worse. Evil has been
present since the fall of man, and it ushered
in self-centeredness, judgmentalism,
pain, and murder. Evil has been around
from the beginning of time, wielded
through people under the influence of the
evil one, Satan.
Dispensation Seven argues that if you
want to understand prophetic seasons
and prophetic shifts, you must keep your
eyes on the two controlling entities –
the Church and Israel. When we see the
Church mirroring the behavior of the
Pauline, Petrine, and Johannine eschatological
writings, we can then begin to
notate the signs of His coming.
We must keep our eyes upon the condition
and development of the Church, which is
the temporary mediator or representative
of the Kingdom of God. Jesus speaks to
what the end times look like for both the
Church and at His Second Coming at the
close of the Tribulation Period and the
Battle of Armageddon. The book helps us
understand Israel’s enemies, the Middle
Eastern and Russian alliances that will
come against Israel during the Great War.
Dispensation Seven highlights the great
need of the Church to return to “this
gospel” of the Kingdom being preached
(Matthew 24:14); its preaching is an
eschatological sign, for after that, the end
comes. Dispensation Seven explains the
significance of the gospel of the Kingdom
during this prophetic season and shift. The
last end-time sign for the Church is the
seventh dispensation and the preaching
of the gospel of the Kingdom amid the
sociological church.
The challenge of the 21st century church is
that Christ is outside the church, according
to Revelation 3:20, and the alarm is not
sounding. The book suggests that there is
no other prophecy that needs to be fulfilled
before the return of Christ. When the last
dispensation ends, the day of the Gentile
ends, triggering the rapture and the Tribulation
Period, better known as “Daniel
70th Week.”
The Church must teach the themes of the
teachings of Jesus concerning the end
times and His return: 1) the theme of the
certainty of the coming of Jesus (Matthew
24:30-31, John 14:1-4), 2) the theme of the
uncertainty of the time of His return, and
3) the theme of watchfulness. Jesus said,
“Watch therefore, for you know neither the
day nor the hour in which the Son of Man
is coming” (Matthew 25:13, NKJV). Dispensation
Seven highlights the need for us
to be watchful for the return of Christ in
the clouds and on the Mount of Olives to
establish the Millennial Reign of Christ.

EXCELLING AT
C.A.K.E. - KENYA!

While recovering from the COV-
ID-19 pandemic as well as in the
midst of hundreds of homes being
demolished for a road , the students, faculty,
and their families of the Carson Academy
of Kingdom Excellence (C.A.K.E.) School are
not just still standing but excelling!
C.A.K.E. has over five hundred students in
first through eighth grade in the Mukuru
Kwa Njenga slums of Nairobi, Kenya.
Education plays a tremendous role in the
efforts of poverty alleviation in developing
nations. At Kenya’s independence in
1963, illiteracy, together with poverty and
disease, were identified as the three greatest
enemies in Kenya, and therefore became the
focus of the nation’s development goals. To
date, despite spending slightly over 33% of
the national budget on education, the sector
still suffers from enormous challenges.

Dr. Carson acquired the school in fall
2016 and then led renovation and administrative
improvement projects. Dr.
Carson and a team of R.O.C.K. Nation
supporters hosted an in-person Grand
Opening in April 2017 as well as additional
visits to the school including the one
with the Young Prophets in 2019.
Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic
restricted travel and prevented visits in
2020-2021. Despite the challenging times
the C.A.K.E. school has excelled:
• Expanded to seventh and then
eighth grade
• C.A.K.E. Chess Team advanced to
National Championship
On this side of the Atlantic Ocean, The
R.O.C.K. World Outreach International
has continued to generate support for
C.A.K.E. via quarterly Missions Sundays.
Kennedy Barasa, C.A.K.E. Administrator,
stated, “Wooow... This is indeed great and
emotional to me. I look forward to a day
I would bring a whole lot of kids to come
and minister live.”
The $25,000 of total grants from HP
Inc. will be used in 2023 to the benefit of
both communities - African American
youth in Houston and Kenyan students
at C.A.K.E. – Kenya. Both communities
of students are under exposed to
S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Education
and Mathematics). At C.A.K.E. - Kenya
the grants from HP Inc. will be used to
purchase laptops and internet service to
create a computer lab.
The computer lab will be used for age-appropriate
software coding classes as well
as video conferencing. The video conferencing
will open communication channel
to support several programs between the
C.H.A.N.C.E. volunteers in the USA and
the C.A.K.E. - Kenya students/faculty. Two
of many programs that will be enabled
are virtual programs such as virtual mentoring
by professionals (entrepreneurs,
engineers, doctors, lawyers, etc.) and
virtual pen pals with students in USA.
“The dedication of mission Sunday
to C.A.K.E. is so great and humbling.
Indeed, we need R.O.C.K.
WOI Kenya!”
Additionally, the non-profit fundraising
organization, Children Having
Access to Nutrition, Care and Education
(C.H.A.N.C.E.) Global Initiative has
applied and successfully been awarded a
grant for third year in a row by HP Inc.:
• $10K in 2020
• $10K in 2021
• $5K in 2022
Now the world enters a post-pandemic
phase and international travel restrictions
are being lifted.

At the C.H.A.N.C.E. Headquarters
in Houston, TX, a portion of the
funds will be used to rent 3D camera
equipment and purchase virtual
reality equipment. Both communities
(African American students in USA
and Kenyan students at C.A.K.E.)
are under exposed to some forms of
high-tech innovations such as virtual
reality. This project will use 3D camera
equipment and Virtual Reality
technology to enable C.H.A.N.C.E.
volunteers/supporters in Houston
to experience visiting the C.A.K.E.
school in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya
without having to spend resources
required for international travel to
Africa.
In 2023 R.O.C.K. Nation, DCKM,
and C.H.A.N.C.E. are going “BIG”
during this first in-person trip back
to C.A.K.E. - Kenya in over 3 years. In
addition to the dedication of the new
computer lab and creation of a 3D virtual
reality tour, Zawadi Bryant (CEO,
Nightlight Pediatrics) is currently
leading the planning of C.A.K.E.’s
first annual healthcare missions trip.
Zawadi and a team of healthcare professionals
from R.O.C.K. Nation will
design the first annual trip to deliver
medical supplies and administer
medical and dental clinics.
Ken Barasa, C.A.K.E. Administrator,
states, “Teachers and students say
they have a sense of security and
sense of belonging. Dr. Carson has
given us that culture of belonging.
He has a heart for the children and a
heart for a better future for all of us.”

APOSTLE DR. DANA CARSON:
WORTH THE LONG
DISTANCE COMMUTE

Currently, I know of at least three
R.O.C.K. partners who are a part of
The R.O.C.K. HQ, yet reside 4 hours
away in Fort Worth, Texas. I also know of
another longtime partner who at various
times chose to commute to the ministry
every Sunday from whatever city her job
had transferred her to. Aren’t there good
Bible-believing and teaching ministries in
every city? What factors would cause one
to go to such measures to become a part of
a Ministry in another city some distance
away? Just what is it about Apostle Carson
and his R.O.C.K. ministry?
How does one go from the Community to
the Core—in spite of commuting a long
distance? We can find out the answers
to those questions and so much more
from interviews with Linda Chambers
and Elvin Bennett, two biological sisters
who currently live in Fort Worth, Texas,
and Kim Prince, who currently resides
in Houston. What clearly seems to draw
Kim Prince – One of Dr. Dana Carson’s
faithful DCKM Partners since the 1980’s

folk to this ministry—even before they lay
eyes on Apostle Carson or hear one word
from his anointed voice—is the level of
excitement and passion that is witnessed
in those who currently attend. For Mrs.
Chambers and Ms. Bennett, it was the
transformation and influence of their
daughter and niece, respectively.
“What attracted us, or me, to The R.O.C.K.
is of course Dr. Carson’s preaching and
teaching of God’s Word, and his passion
and vision for The R.O.C.K. But also, Minister
April Smith, my niece, is the reason
we’re so familiar with The R.O.C.K.’s ministry
and why I fell in love with it,” stated
Ms. Bennett. Mrs. Chambers noted, “We
both were excited about what [Minister]
April was doing—she had been a member
since graduating from UT-Austin back in
2000. I even remember the trip they took
to Cameroon in 2003.”
Ms. Prince was exposed to the early Ministry
of Dr. Carson around 1987, through
his inaugural ministry named “Praise Tabernacle.”
“As a student, I first encountered
other students at UT who were under ‘Rev.
Carson’—he wasn’t recognized as an Apostle
yet-- when the church was meeting
at an ex-Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall.
The students who I lived in the dorm with
were just so excited about the church…the
word…and I had never seen that much excitement
about the things of God. It made
me curious and I decided to visit.”
Ms. Bennett, a retired Elementary School
Teacher, and Mrs. Chambers, retired from
Lockheed Martin after laboring for 34
years on assembling the F-16 Jet fighter,
have both been R.O.C.K. partners for one
year this July. In fact, the sisters and Mrs.
Chamber’s husband, Demetrius Chambers,
joined last year in the week after
Demetrius & Linda Chambers take a “Fam Gram”
while streaming The R.O.C.K. 10am service
Elvin Bennett also taking a “Fam Gram”
while streaming The R.O.C.K. 10am service
Holy Convocation. Ms. Prince, a 32 year
member, formally joined a few years after
her first encounter with the ministry, in
1989-90. She had participated in an overnight
“lock-in” in the fall of 1989 when
one of the Praise Tabernacle congregants
invited her. “I ended up joining the Sunday
after the lock-in, because I wanted to join
the next morning but was told I had to
wait until Sunday.” This was the fall of her
senior year.
What motivated the Fort Worth sisters to
join was as a direct result of Apostle Carson’s
increased outreach on Social media
platforms during the recent Pandemic.
Said Mrs. Chambers, “What led us to
making the decision to join was we were
in the middle of the pandemic and started
streaming services….You know what
happened during the pandemic, right?
Everybody was going crazy!”
“We knew that the only thing that could
pull us out of this misery in the world was
by staying in the Word of God. And he
[Dr. Carson] was doing it! I mean, he was
making it interesting, it was available, and
I was sharing it with everybody. Elvin was
excited about it and would stream more
than me—she would even listen to ‘Relevant
Pulpits’ in Friday.”
The ladies, who were raised in the church
and have many ministers/pastors in their
family, both say that they were being
spiritually fed in ways they had never
been fed before—“And it was during a time
when we really, really needed it,” said Ms.
Bennett. Ms. Prince sings a similar tune,
even some 30 years after the fact:
“What attracted me initially to Dr. Carson
and his ministry and what has motivated
me to stay a part of the ministry for all
these years is I think it’s been the same
thing—then as it is now—it’s been his energy
and passion for doing the Will of the
Lord, and it’s been his sincerity and focus.”
“Dr. Carson was showing more passion

for his flock, and I got caught up in that,”
chimed in Mrs. Chambers. “He just had a
lot of passion for what he was doing—and
‘passion’ is what I believe in. When you
love something, and God has given you
something to do, you do it with passion…
He blessed us [during the pandemic], he
really did.”
“And he is still blessing us.” Well, apparently
so because the distance to such a
blessing and oasis “ain’t nothing but a
‘thang.’” “Because The R.O.C.K. is a hybrid
church, I can stream services every Sunday,
Wednesday, and for KLG,” according to Ms.
Bennett. “Linda and I come to in-person
church at the beginning of every month,
so we can attend Upper Room, then stream
the other Sundays.
We also attend our three major conferences,
Apostle’s Affair and any service God
leads us to attend.” Added Mrs. Chambers,
“We attended the Grand opening week
of services at Broadway, are currently
registered for HC’22, and whenever there
is something special—a reason for us to
come—we come because there is nothing
stopping us from coming.” The two even
came recently on a Saturday to help with
the Alvin clean-up.
For Ms. Prince, she has commuted twice
before—not including the move from
Austin to Houston. “I commuted to Sunday
service in Austin from San Antonio for
three (3) years. I joined in the fall of ’89,
and graduated in the spring of ’90. I had
accepted a job with HEB and had to do a
management training program in San
Antonio, where I would be working—but
I knew that [with Dr. Carson] was where
I was supposed to be.” She later chose to
commute [Every Sunday] a second time
around ’98-’99 when she was transferred
[after being promoted] from Austin to
Brenham, Texas. While the length of the
commute was longer, it was for a shorter
period of time as she moved back to Austin
around 2000.
All three are DCKM partners, and each
contributes monthly to DCKM. Why?
“It’s not about what I get out of it. It’s
about what God wants to do with it,” said
Ms. Prince. “It’s a vehicle to spread the
Kingdom message around the world.” Mrs.
Chambers echoes that sentiment: “I wanted
that special spot to be a part of what Dr.
Carson was doing. It’s a necessary thing
for him to do worldwide the things God
wants him to do.”
At the interview’s close, I always ask the
subject if there is anything they would like
to add or share—pure stream of consciousness.
Ms. Prince offered:
“The only thing that I would say is how
I knew that I was supposed to be under
Dr. Carson…, how I knew that is because
I knew that he was special; I knew that
anybody that God can use to revolutionize
me in a conversation, in one message, I just
couldn’t disregard that. And you can’t walk
away from that—that’s why people who
come and go, and do all of that—I just
don’t understand that….”
Mrs. Chambers stated: “I just get excited
about the scriptures being opened up is a
whole different way. I just saw a new revelation
of the Word of God. We joined and
are a part of this ministry—in spite of this
3/1/2 hour distance—because of a need for
and thirst for the word.”

The DCKM Fellowship of Kingdom-minded Ministries,
which is the church planting arm of Dana Carson Kingdom
Ministries (DCKM), helped to empower and provide guidance
for the R.O.C.K. WOI Fellowship of Churches throughout the
pandemic. The fellowship was able to assist R.O.C.K. churches
with the technological, theological, and psychological support
they needed during this cultural and ecclesiastical disruption.
Since then, Apostle Dr. Dana Carson sought the Lord
on how he could continue to assist church leaders in
executing their vision as well as maximizing themselves.
The result of the prayer was the Kingdom
Leadership Network Inner Circle.
The mission of DCKM Fellowship of Kingdom-minded
Ministries is to identify and assist like-minded ministries
throughout the world in realizing their Bible-centered, Spirit-filled,
community-building, and Kingdom-minded visions.
We seek to assist independent ministries and leaders in the
fulfillment of the Great Commission in their communities –
making fully functional disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.

2. Theological Education
Research suggests that 95%
of all serving pastors globally
have NO theological training!
This means that minority-led
churches have an even higher
rate of biblical illiteracy,
because traditionally, we
have not been afforded
the opportunity to
attend seminary or other
institutions that provide
theological training.
Coupled with the fact
that we are living in the
“information age,” wherein
all information is accessible
at our fingertips, the 21st
century preacher MUST
have a sound understanding
of the scriptures. Through
KLNIC, you will be able to

seminary education without

(KBU): This entity
offers specialized degrees
and certification in Kingdom

(KTS): KTS is an online and on campus
theological seminary that provides
five master’s degree programs and two
doctorate degree programs. These degree

• Doctor of Kingdom Theology

3. Ecclesiastical Engagement
Proverbs 27:17 states, “Just as iron sharpens
iron, a person sharpens the character of
his friend.” Building, growing, and leading
a church was never intended to be done in
isolation. God always intended His body to
work together in union with Jesus Christ
and the fellowship of His people.
Through KLNIC, you will be able to engage

(KCC). KCC is a fellowship of local

Access to KLNIC is by invitation
and application only to ensure that

Fellowship of Churches weekly online

• KLNIC provides annual church growth
audits by the Carson Consulting
