MINIMUM ORDER
All liner orders must be a total of 2 full boxes minimum (6-8 trays) or a fee will apply
All finished/pre-finished orders must meet minimum for ground shipment or picked up
EARLY ORDER DISCOUNT
Early order discount of 2.5% for orders booked before October 15th 2022 of the current pricing year
EOD applies only to Price Volumes 1-5 and does not apply to special quoted pricing.
Order cancellations/reductions of EOD orders cannot exceed 10% with risk of losing EOD pricing
EOD applies to all liners, pre-finished and finished sizes
PURCHASE ORDERS
Purchase Orders are required for every order, at time of booking
No product will be held without a valid purchase order

CUT OFF TIMES FOR ORDERING
Orders must be received by 12 noon (Mountain Time) on Wednesdays to ship the following week.
TAGS & ROYALTY
Tags for succulent liners are optional for orders booked 4 weeks in advance, and will be shipped with the plants. Orders for 25+ trays can opt to receive direct from supplier
Tags for Flavor Table® herb liners are available to book and will ship with plants
Tags and branded containers are mandatory for Hollywood Hibiscus liners & PF, AND need to be ordered separately from your choice of approved supplier and will ship separately from plants
Tags for perennial liners are mandatory for Plant Select varieties, and optional for all other perennial varieties, must be requested and will ship with plants.
Tags for perennial liners can also be ordered direct from tag supplier if desired
For tags shipping at time of order, please note back orders may occur
Tag prices vary, charges will be added to invoice.
Pre-finished come with a variety/care tag
Finished Succulents come with a care tag
Royalties will be added to invoice on applicable varieties.

CLAIMS
FED EX AND ALL 3rd PARTY FREIGHT SHIPS AT BROKERS OWN RISK, Botany Lane is not resposible for claims occuring in transit unless shipping on Grower Truck
Transportation/Delivery problems must be declared to the shipper at time of receipt and reported to the Broker within 24 hours.
Quality issues must be reported to Botany Lane within 48 hours of receipt.
Shortages must be reported within 48 hours
Replacements for shortages may be an option if product is available
If it is unclear as to whether a claim needs to be submitted pending the survival rate of a shipment, please submit a preliminary claim notification within the specified timeline
Final numbers for preliminary claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of receipt.
See Grower's Tech Sheets for minimum crop requirements, to ensure optimal conditions for the product.
Photos are required for assessing any and all claim requests, and must be representative of the entire claim. For example, each tray with an issue must be photo documented.
Examples of claims not covered: frozen, tossed/broken in transit, crushed, lost, delayed
Broker will assume responsbility for orders once departed from Botany Lane
Botany Lane reserves the right to deny claims which do not meet stated criteria
