Elia is a high-voltage transmission system operator (TSO), operating over 8,600 km of lines<br />
and underground cables from 30 kV to 400 kV throughout Belgium. With more than 1300<br />
employees, we ensure that energy is transported across the entire country, from where it is<br />
produced to where it is needed.<br />
Products / Services<br />

- We develop, build and maintain our transmission grid. We<br />
operate the Belgian electricity system and keep the balance<br />
in real-time between generation and demand. We act as<br />
market facilitator.<br />
