MEDIA INFORMATION<br />
The 2007-08 LSU Swimming and Diving Media Guide was written to provide members<br />
of the media with statistics and information needed to adequately cover the LSU swimming<br />
and diving team. If you need further information on the team or wish to set up an interview<br />
with head coach Adam Schmitt, diving coach Doug Shaffer, associate head coach Sean<br />
Schimmel, assistant coaches David Geyer, Anne Shawhan or Matt Leach, as well as any of<br />
the student-athletes, please contact Bill Martin or Alex Restrepo in the LSU Sports<br />
Information Department at (225) 578-8226.<br />
During the season, interviews typically take place prior to the start of practice at the LSU<br />
Natatorium. Team practices are open to the media, usually begin at 2:30 p.m. and conclude<br />
before 5 p.m. For home meets, admission to the LSU Natatorium is free to the public and<br />
no credential access is needed for members of the media.<br />

Members of the media can obtain photos on all LSU coaches and student-athletes as<br />
well as official LSU logos on the internet at http://media.lsusports.net. The site features<br />
head shots and action shots of all LSU athletes. To gain access to the database, please<br />
contact Bill Martin or Alex Restrepo in the LSU Sports Information Department for a login<br />
and password.<br />
