bounded by the typical Marogne
stone walls. I Pianeti Amarone
is the emblem of this generous
land. Ruby red in color and
with an intense aroma, in which
you can feel cherry, fruitiness
and spices. Excellent structure
with velvety tannins resulting
in unique softness and elegant
finesse.

One the most loved red wines among our
passengers are the wonderful Ripasso
and Amarone which are made from dried
grapes - method called appassimento.
This extraordinary method originates
from Italy, Veneto region and what makes
it special is that after the harvest the
whole grape bunches are dried for few
months until they lose around 50% of
their wheight. From these so called semi
raisins are pressed extremly intense,
rich, sugary and concetrated grape juice
which is fermented into a full-bodied,
bold and beautiful red wine.
