Thanks to our natural location directly on the shore of the Lake Schwarzsee with numerous walking paths,
dogs feel at home and are always very happy to come back!
A little hint: Our Garden Suite / Garden Suite Deluxe at the Lakeside Lodge with their fenced garden
area are perfect for holidays with dogs. At our reception you can get valuable tips and further information
for hikes and walks with dogs in the Kitzbühel mountains.
We ask your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the wellness and restaurant area.
However, it is possible to enjoy dinner with your four-legged friend in our à la carte restaurant Das Steghaus.
Dogs over 45 kg and more than 2 dogs per room only on request.

Reduction for children: with 2 full price payers and as 3rd or 4th
person in the room: 0 – 2.9 years free / 3 to 10.9 year 50% / 11 to
17,9 years 30% / from 18 years 10%
Single room supplement: for Double Room Classic + € 50, per
person/night. For Double Room Comfort, Rooftop Double Room
Classic, Rooftop Double Room Comport + 60% of the breakfast
price per day. For all other categories minimum occupancy 2
guests (full price payers)
Discount for half board (only bed and breakfast):
€ 15,- per person and day
Dogs: Cleaning costs € 30,- per dog per day (without food), access
to the wellness and restaurant area not allowed
Short stay: In case of less than 4 overnight stays we will charge
a short stay supplement of € 10,- per person/night, children 6 to
17,9 years € 5,- per child/night
Long stay bonus**: from 9 nights -3%
Early booking bonus**: from 5 nights -5% for bookings and
deposits made till 30/09/2022
** this bonus cannot be combined with other discounts and it is
not applicable to packages
Holiday surcharges: 24/12 € 55,- per person – 31/12 € 90,- per

Cancellation policy: cancellations are only valid in written form.
From 3 days before the arrival or in case of a no-show we charge
80% of the whole stay. 28 to 4 days before the arrival we charge
50% of the price in the invoice. Up to 29 days before the arrival
there are no cancellation fees.
Deposit: The reservation is confirmed once you receive the written
reservation confirmation and we receive your payment of 10% of
the total amount within 14 days.
