What we’re working on

Some of the things that customers mentioned in 2021/22

require bigger changes to how processes and some

of our teams work, but we are listening and planning

improvements. These include:

• Improving the standard of repair work

• Reducing our repair response times wherever possible

• Improving communication between our internal teams

and also to our contractors

• Offering more flexibility when it comes to

appointments

• Catching up with key improvement work on our homes

following contractor and material shortages during the

pandemic

• Letting customers know how they can make homes

more energy efficient, with how to make the best use

of heating systems.
