& Fire: This year on Monday,<br />

<strong>December</strong> 12th at noon the<br />

<strong>Millis</strong> Police and Fire will be<br />

sponsoring a Christmas Feast<br />

at the <strong>Millis</strong> Council on Aging.<br />

Bossy’s Catering will be serving<br />

lasagna, sausage and peppers,<br />

antipasto salad and dessert.<br />

This event is only open to <strong>Millis</strong><br />

residents. Reservations are limited<br />

In the matter of: Linda Kaiser of <strong>Millis</strong>, MA<br />

RESPONDENT Alleged Incapacitated Person<br />

To be named Respondent and all other interested persons, a petition has been filed by Willowbrook Manor Rest Home<br />

<strong>Millis</strong>, MA in the above captioned matter alleging that Linda Kaiser is in need of a Guardian and requesting that Kerina<br />

Silva, Esq. of Taunton, MA. (or some suitable personl) be appointed as Guardian to serve Without Surety on the bond.<br />

The petition asks the court to make a determination that the Respondent is incapacitated, that the appointment of a<br />

Guardian is appropriate. The petition is on file with this court and may contain a request for certain specific authority.<br />

You have the right to object to this proceeding. If you wish to do so, you or your attorney must file a written<br />

appearance at this court on or before 10:00 a.m. on the return date of 11/30/<strong>2022</strong>. This day is NOT a hearing date, but a<br />

to <strong>Millis</strong> and surrounding<br />

areas. She will also discuss amenities,<br />

pricing and share photo<br />

renderings of the building that<br />

is set to open after the first of the<br />

year in 2023. They are currently<br />

taking deposits and renovations<br />

so anyone interested should join<br />

us on Monday, <strong>December</strong> 5th<br />

at 1:00. There will be an open<br />

Q&A session at the end of her<br />

presentation.<br />

an initial evaluation of your feet.<br />

that features a series<br />

• HOME SAFETY TIPS<br />

for Fall Prevention More older<br />

adults are choosing to remain at<br />

home. Per the CDC, “Every second<br />

of every day, an older adult<br />

(65+) suffers a fall in the US,”<br />

in fact, “ One out of 4 older<br />

adults will fall each year.” Come<br />

help improve our safety. Deb will<br />

address common issues in various<br />

main rooms of the home,<br />

and review simple solutions, including<br />

review of durable medical<br />

equipment.<br />
