TEST SETUP 1 TEST SETUP 2
A PNA together with a power sensor for calibration
purposes are used to perform S-parameters, P1dB and Psat
measurements. A power supply is used to bias the device.
A signal generator with vector signal generation capabilities
and a spectrum analyzer with complex signals measurements
capabilities is used to perform two-tone and ACPR
measurements.
