any food so that humanity may not be blamed for
committing genocide against the animal species
such animals will be kept in quarantine forever and
will never escape the quarantine area as any aspect
of what they are forever, nor shall they populate
more then the confined number of animals that
represent the animal species; which will not be able
to think nor speak beyond extremely limited animal
