The best-selling orthodontic mini implant (TAD) system
developed in conjunction with Dr. Richard Cousley. This simple yet
comprehensive system offers fixed anchorage to assist with the efficiency
of orthodontic treatment.
Unique Head Design for Universal Applications
2
Angled Transmucosal Neck Design
The head of the Infinitas TAD is designed
for easy, direct attachment of all forms of
traction. Auxiliaries such as closing coil
springs, elastomeric chain and .021” x .025”
wire are held securely due to the unique
undercuts of the low profile head.
The transmucosal neck of the Infinitas
TAD allows insertion at any angle due
to the favorable contact between the
mucosa and the neck. This increases
stability of the TAD and maintains the
low profile.
3 Unique Body Design
4 Self-drilling Insertion Techniques
The Infinitas cutting thread continues
the full length of the TAD, maximizing
engagement with the cortical bone to
increase stability. The 1.5mm diameter
TAD broadens out to a diameter of
2mm at the coronal end of the body,
further increasing cortical bone
engagement while still permitting
easy interproximal placement.
Ø 2.0mm
Ø 1.5mm
All Infinitas TADs are self-drilling and
self-tapping to ease insertion and
maximize stability. The self-drilling
thread avoids the need to pre-drill a
full pilot hole.
