The Ukiyo Japanese Blossom Gin
(40%, 70 cl) is born from a base of
locally grown barley that is distilled
into a traditional shōchū spirit and
redistilled with juniper, regional citrus,
cherry blossom and native botanicals.
Serve on the rocks with tonic or soda.
The Ukiyo Japanese Yuzu Citrus
Gin (40%, 70 cl) respects the
1500-year-old Japanese tradition of
cultivating and harvesting yuzu. The
yuzu flavour is tart and fragrant,
resembling lemon and grapefruit
with overtones of mandarin orange.
Serve on the rocks with tonic,
garnish with citrus.
The Amarula Marula Fruit Cream
(17% 100 cl) is made from the delicious
marula fruit of Sub-Saharan Africa.
This spirit is distilled and aged in
French oak barrels for two years and
then blended with a velvety cream to
create a smooth taste. Best savoured
over ice and with a view.
The Tenjaku Blended Japanese
Whisky (40% 70) cl is aged
in heavily seasoned Kentucky
bourbon barrels resulting in a
rich, full-bodied malt flavor with
a toned-down grain taste that
is freely allowed to express its
individual characteristics.
