CHAPTER 2: Nocturnalingxz
Nyctoiia’s arrival into the world was nothing short of extraordinary, for she did not enter in the typical way. Instead, she
emerged from the depths of the shadows, a sentient being taking on a human-like form. Her birthplace was the void of
the darkest night, where she existed as an ethereal entity until she gained consciousness.
As Nyctoiia grew and developed, she became fascinated by the human world. From the shadows, she would watch
their lives, their struggles, and their triumphs, learning about their technology and culture.
However, as time passed, Nyctoiia discovered that her true nature as a being of shadows made it challenging for her
to interact with humans without arousing fear and suspicion. Often, she would withdraw into the shadows, content to
watch the world from a distance.
Mexzmiriah, on the other hand, was born with a peculiar connection to machines and digital technology. Her mother, a
potent nocturnalxz, bestowed upon her the gift of digital essence, granting her this remarkable ability.
In contrast, Araknia was born with no extraordinary abilities, but her insatiable curiosity made her a unique individual.
As a child, she was captivated by the creatures that lived in the dark caves and deep forests of their homeland. She
would spend hours studying them, observing their behaviors, and learning their secrets.
As Mexzmiriah matured, her affinity for technology became more pronounced, and she spent much of her time
tinkering with machines and devices. Araknia, on the other hand, continued to explore the natural world around her,
always seeking out new knowledge and experiences. She became renowned for her ability to find rare and exotic
plants and animals, and she eagerly shared her discoveries with her older sister.
Their mother encouraged their curiosity and love for nature, taking them on long walks through the forests and
teaching them about the plants and animals they encountered. Their father, a skilled warrior and protector of their
tribe, taught them how to defend themselves and use weapons, taking them on hunting trips and teaching them how
to track animals and set traps.
Despite their differences, the two sisters were incredibly close, and Araknia admired Mexzmiriah as a role model.
She was fascinated by her sister’s unique connection to machines and technology, always inquiring about how they
worked.
Araknia’s childhood was filled with adventure, wonder, and a deep appreciation for the natural world around her. Her
experiences and upbringing would shape her into the powerful and cunning “Spider Queen” she would later become.
