About <strong>Points</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>View</strong><br />
<strong>Points</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>View</strong> is a series <strong>of</strong> opinion pieces about <strong>Arts</strong> and<br />
Health practice that was commissioned as part <strong>of</strong> Vital<br />
Signs. Vital Signs was a programme <strong>of</strong> <strong>Arts</strong> and Health<br />
events, which took place in October 2009. It was an <strong>Arts</strong><br />
<strong>Council</strong> initiative delivered in partnership with Create, the<br />
national development agency for collaborative arts.<br />
