With its strong economic growth, Vietnam has proven to be a
dynamic commercial environment offering excellent
opportunities for international businesses. Since the
establishment of our subsidiary – CPG Vietnam, about 20 years
ago, CPG’s presence in Vietnam has grown immensely.
F O R E W O R D
Over the years, CPG Vietnam has been involved in projects of
different typologies, from aviation to education and master
planning work. We have established a strong foothold in the
country with more than 600 projects and with strategic plans in place, I believe we can
achieve more in the future.
With a team of talented individuals, we were involved in several international and domestic
airport terminal projects in Vietnam’s major provinces. These airport projects were designed
to be in line with the country’s ambitious goal to be an international aviation hub. Significantly,
Van Don International Airport at Ha Long Bay was named Asia's Leading Regional Airport in
2020 by SKYTRAX.
Aside from Aviation projects, we also built a strong track record of designing for healthcare
and educational facilities. Looking to promoting health and wellness, CPG Vietnam has been
fostering and shaping learning experiences through incorporating design ideas such as
resilience, sustainability and technology into all these projects.
In tandem with the growing demand of urban development and the need to create new
urbanism that is sustainable, CPG Vietnam is involved in master planning projects that aim to
align with the aspirations of the new generation. We have participated in over 130 master
planning projects in major provinces, addressing issues of economic growth cycles, social
revitalisation and new trends such as smart and sustainable city planning. One of our
outstanding master planning projects was the Van Giang Ecopark Development on the
outskirts of Hanoi, in Hung Yen Province. With an area of 500 hectares, CPG Vietnam had to
carefully plan for housing, sports complexes, school systems, medical care, an old town's trade
and tourism centres, the urban landscape system and others.
It is inspiring and motivating to see CPG Vietnam’s growth to become a successful company
with more than 100 staff and 3 offices within Vietnam. With an experienced management team
and future-focused strategic plans, I believe we can prosper and continue contributing to
Vietnam’s market growth.
