9. AUTOMATION<br />
BALL VALVES PNEUMATICALLY OPERATED<br />
An alternative to electrically operated valves is the use of a pneumatic actuator. There are options available<br />
for both double-acting and spring-return actuators.<br />
These actuators can be directly mounted on the ISO-flange plate (according to DIN <strong>EN</strong> 5211) of <strong>WESA</strong> ball<br />
valves and butterfly valves of all common sizes and designs, or they can be connected to the automated<br />
valve with the help of an additional adapter. For controlling the actuators, additional components such<br />
as solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, throttle plates, proximity switches, etc., are available as alternative<br />
options.<br />
In addition to our range of pneumatically actuated valves, we also provide comprehensive automation services.<br />
