Terms of payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days net. Otherwise, our terms of sale, delivery and payment apply.
Minimum order value
Net value of goods €100,00.
Minimum quantity surcharge
If the net value of the goods is less than the minimum order value, we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of €25.00.
Delivery to third parties
€10.00 handling fee for neutral delivery.
Quantity discount
Can be agreed upon request.
Shipping/freight charges
Within Germany: Net value of goods ≤ €1,500.00 Freight charges incurred will be invoiced according to weight and shipping method.
Net value of goods ≥ €1,500.00 DAP including packaging costs.
Outside Germany: to be agreed in detail.
Return deliveries
are only possible after prior consultation with our sales team. The returned items must not be older than 1 year. They must be in their original packaging and in
a resalable condition. Returned goods can only be processed if the net value of the goods is at least €150.00. Goods that we do not stock (special purchases)
or goods that have been specially made for you cannot be taken back or credited.
Costs and procedure
For inspection and restocking, we charge 25% of the value of the goods, but at least €30.00.
Each return of goods must be announced by return delivery form. A return number will then be assigned by the corresponding clerk and a "Return Request"
form will be sent to you. Your returned goods must have this return number clearly visible on the package and on your return delivery note and must be
delivered to us carriage paid. Otherwise, acceptance will be refused. If it turns out while processing that the returned products are damaged or have already
been processed, we will not credit them but scrap them immediately.
Technical data
Dimensions, illustrations, and technical descriptions are non-binding. Unless otherwise agreed, the test regulations according to DIN 3230 apply. Leakage rate
3 applies to heating and pipe fittings and leakage rate 1 to special fittings.
We reserve the right to make changes according to the state of the art. Otherwise, our terms and conditions of sale, delivery and payment apply, which you
will find in full on the following page. The place of jurisdiction in all cases is Schorndorf. With the publication of this list, all previous price agreements and
lists become invalid.
