SANDBARPALOOZA
This is one of the biggest music events in
Cocoa Beach during the month of June,
and definitely the longest running. All
day and all night the Sandbar will feature
eight bands on its stage. It’s a flower
power festival, a local favorite.

BUCKCHERRY
New club Area 142 in Cocoa Beach has
been bringing us big outdoor shows with
Inner Circle, and this month, June 3rd,
Pato Banton will perform. For July 14th
rock band Buckcherry is on the schedule.

GASPARILLA
The weather is heating up, and the big
festivals are in full swing. Brevard
Live’s Matt Bretz went to Tampa to participate
in Gasparilla. Let him tell you
how it was - rain , sun, music and all.

ALTER EGO
The roots of the band had its beginning
playing in different church bands and
branched out from there. Their choice of
music is spread out over several genres
but carries the emphasis on dance and
‘sing along’ songs. Joan Jett, Heart, AC/
DC, B-52’s, Radiohead... and lots more!
