56% doctors consider unhealthy eating is the common reason for obesity but 44% doctors
answer that common reason for obesity is lack of physical activity. According to literature
review, common reason for obesity are genetic factors, over consumption, sedentary lifestyle,
stress, health factor. Obesity is a silent killer. From the graft we know that answer given by
doctors is accurately.

activity that maintains physical fitness , overall health and wellness. Conclusion is most of
the doctors will suggest diet and exercise to their patient to reduce weight.
