Andrew Hodges (Robin Oakapple)
Andrew has performed with SAODS for at least a decade.
Generally appearing in the chorus, this will be his second foray
into a principal part. Nine years ago, he played the part of Richard
Dauntless. Tonight, he has disguised himself as Robin Oakapple
and hopes, with great modesty, that you enjoy your evening.
Carol Urwin (Rose Maybud)
Carol has played all the soprano leads for SAODS, most of
them twice and has taken part in many concerts. Carol runs
in half-marathons to keep fit and has entered the London
marathon for 2019, raising money for breast cancer.
Peter Davis (Sir Despard Murgatroyd)
Peter has performed many roles with Stewartby over the
years. Apart from Stewartby and G&S he has performed as
Ben Rumson (Paint Your Wagon), Jerry Reynolds (Friend or
Foe), The King (the King and I), Bartolo (Marriage of Figaro)
and the Commendatore (Don Giovanni).
Linda Bowen (Mad Margaret)
Linda is delighted to be playing the role of Margaret again
with SAODS. She has performed many of the leading ladies
in the G&S canon from a terrifying Katisha to a luscious Lady
Jane and the leading role of Iolanthe last year.
Peter Stephens (Old Adam)
Peter is enjoying being with SAODS again after he played
the role of the Solicitor in our 2016 production of Patience.
He was generally admired as Private Willis in Iolanthe and is
pleased to be playing Old Adam.
