This warranty applies to the original purchaser and protects against Solvita<br />
Performance Fabrics becoming unserviceable due to color or strength<br />
loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight,<br />
mildew and atmospheric chemicals.<br />
This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from<br />
misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with<br />
replacement of the furniture, including labor and installation.<br />
Fire Tables<br />
Fire Tables are UL Listed for liquid propane (LP) and natural<br />
gas (NG). Outdoor Greatroom burners offer a limited<br />
lifetime warranty; visit www.outdoorrooms.com for details.<br />
The limited warranties listed above cover residential<br />
