1 Working mobile towers shall
be erected and dismantled only by
competent persons. The producer’s
manual shall be followed.
7 Before using the mobile
tower please verify that it has
been assembled according to the
manufacturer instructions. Make sure
that the mobile tower is vertical and
perfectly levelled.
2 Check that all components are
undamaged and they are functioning
correctly. Damaged or incorrect
components shall not be used.
8 The mobile tower shall not be lifted
or suspended.
3 You only shall use original
components as indicated by the
manufacturer. You can ask them to the
authorised retailer.
9 It is not allowed to bridge between
a mobile tower and a building.
4 The surface on which the mobile
tower is moved shall be able to support
the structure. Be careful to uneven or
soft grounds.
10 Before the use, you shall verify
that all safety measures to avoid an
accidental displacement has been
taken, as for instance by applying
locking brakes or adjustable bases.
5 No persons or materials should be
on the tower during movements.
11 Towers must always be climbed
from the inside.
6 Mobile towers shall only be moved
manually and always on flat, solid
and unhindered surface. Be careful to
grids, manholes and raised curbs. By
the moving you shouldn’t overcome
the normal walking speed.
12 It is not allowed to jump onto
tower’s platforms’.
13 Where possible, tie in the tower to
a rigid structure when working outdoors
or in exposed conditions.
