ORDER CHECKLIST<br />
PURCHASE ORDER CHECKLIST<br />
Check your order against the following list to ensure speedy<br />
and accurate order placement.<br />
1. Contact information, including billing address, email address.<br />
2. Reference Purchase Order #.<br />
3. Item name and number, item color(s), and quantity per style/color.<br />
4. Reference any applicable quotes.<br />
5. Artwork instructions (reorder number, typesetting instructions.<br />
Please provide email address of person responsible for art approval).<br />
6. Imprint color, size, and location. We will imprint to maximum size and<br />
standard location unless a size and/or location is specified on the order.<br />
7. Ship-to address, ship method, and event date, if applicable.<br />
8. Should you want UPCs and Prepricing, please state this on your PO.<br />
COLORS<br />
Colors in the catalog are printed only and may not be an exact color<br />
match to the original product or ink color. Please ask your sales<br />
representative to order samples for review.<br />
FABRIC/MATERIAL COLORS<br />
Due to the nature of material, <strong>MCM</strong> <strong>Brands</strong> cannot guarantee color<br />
match from one dye lot to another. Variances in color, shade, texture,<br />
size, and construction of finished goods may occasionally occur. We<br />
reserve the right to change, correct, or improve products without notice.<br />
No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding these variances.<br />
PRODUCT AND IMPRINT SIZE<br />
All product dimensions and imprint sizes are approximate and may vary<br />
up to 1/2”. No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding slight size<br />
variances.<br />
SHIPPING<br />
Packaging: Standard retail packaging is used unless otherwise noted.<br />
Call for quote on special packaging costs.<br />
TRADEMARK USAGE<br />
The customer hereby agrees to hold <strong>MCM</strong> <strong>Brands</strong> harmless from any<br />
liability which may result from the usage of art submitted by the<br />
customer. Logos and ad copy imprints on merchandise in this catalog are<br />
merely shown to illustrate the quality and design of the products. They<br />
do not illustrate actual orders or imply endorsements of our product<br />
line. College/University Trademark Usage – All art that is considered<br />
trademarked or registered by any college or university will be subject to<br />
approval by the institution prior to production.<br />
ROYALTIES<br />
Licensed institutions require <strong>MCM</strong> to pay royalties on product gross sales.<br />
Royalty rates are determined by the individual institutions. The rate <strong>MCM</strong><br />
charges is dictated by the licensed artwork. Because royalty rates vary,<br />
they are not included in our catalog price. They are added onto the total<br />
wholesale price at the bottom of your invoice.<br />
PRODUCTION CHARGES AND INFORMATION<br />
In each price block, you will find an imprint type denoted, with pricing<br />
already built by minimum listed with one color, two color, full color, laser<br />
engraved or digital pricing. If an item is only available in 1 color imprint,<br />
you will only see columns for One Color Pricing. We do not charge<br />
additional setups for different color imprints.<br />
OVER/UNDER RUNS<br />
<strong>MCM</strong> <strong>Brands</strong> reserves the right to ship up to 8% over or under quantity<br />
ordered. If you request no over and/or under shipments the charge is<br />
$30.00.<br />
RETURNS<br />
Customer Service must be notified of any quality issues regarding<br />
merchandise or imprint within 30 days of receipt of order. No claim or return<br />
will be accepted or credited after 30 days from invoice date.<br />
CREDIT CARD FEES<br />
Effective April 25, 2023, all credit card payments will incur a 3% credit<br />
card processing fee to cover our processing costs.<br />
3
