ORDER CHECKLIST
PURCHASE ORDER CHECKLIST
Check your order against the following list to ensure speedy
and accurate order placement.
1. Contact information, including billing address, email address.
2. Reference Purchase Order #.
3. Item name and number, item color(s), and quantity per style/color.
4. Reference any applicable quotes.
5. Artwork instructions (reorder number, typesetting instructions.
Please provide email address of person responsible for art approval).
6. Imprint color, size, and location. We will imprint to maximum size and
standard location unless a size and/or location is specified on the order.
7. Ship-to address, ship method, and event date, if applicable.
8. Should you want UPCs and Prepricing, please state this on your PO.
COLORS
Colors in the catalog are printed only and may not be an exact color
match to the original product or ink color. Please ask your sales
representative to order samples for review.
FABRIC/MATERIAL COLORS
Due to the nature of material, MCM Brands cannot guarantee color
match from one dye lot to another. Variances in color, shade, texture,
size, and construction of finished goods may occasionally occur. We
reserve the right to change, correct, or improve products without notice.
No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding these variances.
PRODUCT AND IMPRINT SIZE
All product dimensions and imprint sizes are approximate and may vary
up to 1/2”. No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding slight size
variances.
SHIPPING
Packaging: Standard retail packaging is used unless otherwise noted.
Call for quote on special packaging costs.
TRADEMARK USAGE
The customer hereby agrees to hold MCM Brands harmless from any
liability which may result from the usage of art submitted by the
customer. Logos and ad copy imprints on merchandise in this catalog are
merely shown to illustrate the quality and design of the products. They
do not illustrate actual orders or imply endorsements of our product
line. College/University Trademark Usage – All art that is considered
trademarked or registered by any college or university will be subject to
approval by the institution prior to production.
ROYALTIES
Licensed institutions require MCM to pay royalties on product gross sales.
Royalty rates are determined by the individual institutions. The rate MCM
charges is dictated by the licensed artwork. Because royalty rates vary,
they are not included in our catalog price. They are added onto the total
wholesale price at the bottom of your invoice.
PRODUCTION CHARGES AND INFORMATION
In each price block, you will find an imprint type denoted, with pricing
already built by minimum listed with one color, two color, full color, laser
engraved or digital pricing. If an item is only available in 1 color imprint,
you will only see columns for One Color Pricing. We do not charge
additional setups for different color imprints.
OVER/UNDER RUNS
MCM Brands reserves the right to ship up to 8% over or under quantity
ordered. If you request no over and/or under shipments the charge is
$30.00.
RETURNS
Customer Service must be notified of any quality issues regarding
merchandise or imprint within 30 days of receipt of order. No claim or return
will be accepted or credited after 30 days from invoice date.
CREDIT CARD FEES
Effective April 25, 2023, all credit card payments will incur a 3% credit
card processing fee to cover our processing costs.
