Fully Electric Operation<br />
We continue to use our proven patented PowerDrive technology to power the machine. This requires zero air<br />
and ensures minimum energy is used through the machine in an operating cycle. <strong>The</strong> latest upgrade to<br />
PowerDrive is the Energy Reload System (ERS), where we store unused energy from the transfer phase<br />
(surplus motion energy) in a regenerative power supply and return this energy back to the machine to<br />
minimise the energy used.<br />
Following on from our previously reliable patented MAGPAL the seal station now delivers an<br />
impressive 25% more seal force to meet the development of plastic alternative packaging<br />
and to reduce packaging seal times.
