Property: The farm known as 3515 Highway 24, Windham Con. 6 PT Lot 1
REG. Property consists of 87.34 acres (more or less) with 70 acres workable
(more or less). Property is located on the corner of 2 paved roads. There is a
40’x80’ barn, a hip-roof barn, 600volt 3 phase service, large irrigation pond
and many other out buildings. The farm is on an aquifer w/ raw potable

Tractors & equipment sell unreserved. The property is selling on last high bid
confirmation.
Terms: A 10% Fee applies to all items to a maximum $1,000 (Buyer’s Premium &
Internet Fees) per item. Payments will be received by cash, cheque, debit,
credit, certified cheque or bank draft, E-Transfer & Wire Transfer (a three
percent charge will apply to all credit card payments $2000 and above). Onsite
collection for 2 days. Property Down Payment due April 24th by certified
cheque. All Payments are due by 3:30pm on April 25th. Invoices will be emailed
out after the auction closes! If needed, financing MUST be prearranged prior to
bidding. Items to be removed by Saturday April 27th, with paid invoices only.
