Please Note: Sunrise has been asked to sell the equipment for <strong>The</strong> Estate of <strong>The</strong> Late<br />
<strong>The</strong>odore Shelegy. All items are lo<strong>ca</strong>ted on the farm. Everything is to be paid for and<br />
picked up by May 2nd!<br />
Terms: A 10% Fee applies to all items to a maximum $1,000 (Buyer’s Premium & Internet<br />
Fees) per item. Payments will be received by <strong>ca</strong>sh, cheque, debit, credit, certified<br />
cheque or bank draft, E-Transfer & Wire Transfer. Onsite collection for 2 days only.<br />
Payments are due by 3:<strong>30</strong>pm on May 2nd. Invoices will be emailed out after the auction<br />
closes! If needed, financing MUST be prearranged prior to bidding. Items to be removed<br />
by Thursday May 2nd, with paid invoices only. Owners and Auctioneers are not<br />
responsible for accidents during viewings or loading. Auctioneers & Owners are not<br />
responsible for items not picked up after final loading day.<br />
