<strong>ER</strong> <strong>Redemption</strong> on Items with Reduced PV 

(Australia) 

If you join the Essential Rewards Program (<strong>ER</strong>) and place consecutive monthly orders of 50 PV or more * , you will earn Essential Rewards (<strong>ER</strong>) points 

that can be redeemed for free product. 

For each <strong>ER</strong> order you place, you will receive a percentage of your order back as points, depending on how many months you have been on <strong>ER</strong>: 

Month 1 to 3 10% 

Month 4 to 24 20% 

Month 25 onwards 25% 

These <strong>ER</strong> points can be used to redeem most of your favourite products. ** 

In most cases, as shown on the Price List, the PV earned when purchasing a product (PV Value) is the same as the Redeemable PV (PV required to 

redeem a free product). 

However, in order to keep the pricing of some high value products, diffusers and collections as affordable as possible, some of these items have 

‘Partial PV’ instead of ‘Full PV’. For these Partial PV items, the Redeemable PV is higher than the PV value of the item, so you will need more points to 

redeem the product for free than the PV of that product if you were to purchase it. For example, Rose Essential Oil is a Partial PV item. It is 99.45 PV 

when purchased, but is 424.35 PV when redeeming on <strong>ER</strong> points. 

Please refer to the list below to determine the number of PV required to redeem these ‘Partial PV’ products that require more PV points. 

*Excluding Starter Bundles, charity oils, items with 0 PV such as accessories and tools and shipping charges. 

**You do not earn additional Essential Rewards points for products that were purchased with your <strong>ER</strong> points. Your points expire on a rolling 12-month basis. See here for
