POWER MEAL<br />
<strong>Choco</strong> <strong>Bites</strong><br />
INGREDIENTS<br />
42.5g <strong>Power</strong> <strong>Meal</strong><br />
21g cacao powder<br />
42.5g coconut oil<br />
1 tablespoon Young Living Lavender Honey<br />
Optional:<br />
1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice<br />
2-3 drops Plus Essential Oil of your choice<br />
METHOD<br />
1. Mix the <strong>Power</strong> <strong>Meal</strong>, cacao powder, and<br />
coconut oil in the big bowl. For an extra<br />
boost, add a tablespoon of nut butter of<br />
your choice.<br />
2. Mix in a tablespoon of Young Living Lavender<br />
Honey. Optionally, add 2-3 drops of Plus<br />
Essential Oil for additional flavouring. Adjust<br />
the amount of essential oil to suit your taste<br />
preferences.<br />
3. Stir until well combined, pour into moulds<br />
and chill in the freezer for an hour.<br />
4. Enjoy your homemade choco bites!
