POWER MEAL<br />
<strong>Overnight</strong> <strong>Oats</strong><br />
INGREDIENTS<br />
(makes approx. 1 container)<br />
20g <strong>Power</strong> <strong>Meal</strong><br />
½ teaspoon Young Living Lavender Honey<br />
40g tablespoon quick oats<br />
½ teaspoon chia seeds<br />
30ml greek yogurt<br />
80ml milk of your choice<br />
50ml water<br />
METHOD<br />
1. Add oats, chia seeds and <strong>Power</strong> <strong>Meal</strong> into a<br />
container with lid and mix with a spoon. This<br />
helps the ingredients blend well when liquid is<br />
added.<br />
2. Pour in your choice of milk, yogurt, honey<br />
and water, then mix thoroughly.<br />
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours<br />
before serving.<br />
4. Your overnight oats are ready! Enjoy with<br />
your favourite toppings such as chopped<br />
seasonal fruits, berries or nuts.
