Grand Prize:
The Grand Prize is one seven-night, all-inclusive holiday for two to New York City.
Package details:
� Round-trip economy airfare from Toronto to New York City.
� Seven night’s accommodation at a four star or better hotel.
� Round-trip transfers in between airport and hotel in New York City
� Bramalea City Centre shopping spree with assistance from a stylist
� Meal allowance
� Shopping allowance
Approximate retail value of the prize package is $15,000. Actual retail value may vary
depending on departure date. Travel must be taken before June 6, 2013, with booking made
a minimum of 8 weeks prior to departure date. Travel may not be available during
Christmas/New Years. Spring Break and Easter or other peak travel times when cost of flights
and accommodation would exceed $2500 CAD per person. The winner and his/her travel
guest must each have proof of valid travel documents prior to ticketing. The winner and
his/her travel guest must be Canadian residents to qualify for the Prize. The winner and his/her
travel guest must travel on the same itinerary. The winner and his/her travel guest must have
the right to enter the United States of America. A minimum of one person, either the Grand
Prize winner or the travel guest, must hold a valid credit card to cover any incidentals or any
other requirement that may be required at the hotel. Ground transfers to and from the winner
and/or travelling guest’s residence and designated airport and all other expenses not
specified herein or listed within the travel brochure, including but not limited to telephone or
fax, gratuities, optional tours, taxes and fees, insurance, medical travel documents, personal
expenses, and any other costs not specifically stated herein as being included, are the sole
responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. In the eventuality that the Winner and his/her
guest reside in a city that requires transportation to Pearson International Airport, the costs
associated with such transportation are the Winner’s and his/her guest’s entire responsibility.
No extensions will be permitted and the prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or substituted
for cash except that Bramalea City Centre reserves the right to offer a comparable product in
the event of a vacation package cancellation, Act of God or other unforeseen
circumstances. The Grand Prize winner shall not be entitled to receive, in cash, certificate or
otherwise, the balance of any amount representing the difference of the Grand Prize retail
value and actual cost. No frequent flyer miles will be available.
Selected winner agrees to the use of his/her name, comments, voice and photo by Sponsors
for promotional purposes without compensation.
The selected winner will not be eligible to win the Grand Prize of any other FashioniCITY
Destination Event in the future.
No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsors for lost, late, incomplete, destroyed or misdirected
entries or for any technical failures of any kind, even if they limit the ability to participate in the
Contest.
Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, or who is
otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, suspend or
modify the Contest at any time and in their sole discretion and without notice.
By entering this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of
Contest sponsors, which are final and binding on all Participants.
