Large Bore Fittings HOLEDALL END FITTINGS
As part of Gates Fleximak’s Large Bore Marine and Oilfield Hose Program, a
range of end terminations are available in different styles and are
manufactured from seamless material, with certification as per BS EN 10204
3.1B (Previously DIN 50049 3.1B). Materials are also regularly checked to
ensure high yield strengths so that brittle fractures do not occur.
The end fittings program uses both internal swage (for greater performance,
higher pressures and full bore) and external swaging for standard industrial
requirements.
End fittings are stocked in high quality Carbon Steel however other materials
are available on special request.

Holedall Concrete Placement Stems are designed to be compatible with Putzmeister and Schwing Concrete Pumping Units and are suitable
for working pressures of up to 80 Bar. Stems are usually manufactured from Hot Finished Seamless Tube in accordance with DIN 2448.1629
St52.0. Since the tail is internally swaged, this creates a full bore reducing the chances of excessive wear on the tail from product. The ferrule
is welded to the tail to ensure higher-pressure rating.
