The Sentosa Singapore
Easter brunch: Sunday April 12, 2009
Celebrate Easter morning at The Terrace with a
sumptuous champagne brunch spread. Featuring the
freshest catch of the ocean such as fresh oysters, slipper
lobsters and succulent prawns, the lavish international
buffet includes specialities like white asparagus panna
cotta, lime cured salmon lollipop in clear prawn ikura
broth, whole salmon fillet and gosht vindaloo.
As is the usual treat at The Terrace, there will be
live stations where food is prepared in full view. Savour
spit-roasted whole lamb, sizzling beef spare ribs, pork
sausages, tandoori meats and freshly baked naans.
Faced with an array of award-winning cheeses
from France, Italy and England, cheese lovers will be
spoilt for choice. Guests can also look forward to a free
flow of Duval Leroy champagne, Old and New World
wines, a range of Dessert and Port wines as well as San
Pellegrino fruit drinks to complement the delightful
brunch.
Dessert is always a delight at the buffet spread.
Among the choices are freshly-baked waffles topped
with ganache and ice-cream, carrot and chocolate
cheesecake and a chocolate fountain to dip juicy
tropical fruit, strawberries or soft marshmallow in.
Children are entitled to their own brand of fun while the adults
indulge themselves. On Easter Sunday, there will be a specially
decorated function room with the Children’s Buffet. Delicious
hotdogs, hamburgers, pasta, ice-cream and popcorn are some
of the goodies the little ones can expect.
It’s not all about eating, though. Children can create their
own pizza, selecting their favourite flavours and toppings.
Presenting their final pizza creation to Mum and Dad will give
even more meaning to their creative pursuits.
Other exciting activities include the traditional Easter
egg hunt, egg painting and balloon sculpting. The perennial
children’s favourite activity, Bouncy Castle, will keep them
happily occupied as well. And while waiting for their turn on
the Bouncy Castle, they can attract the attention of the Easter
Bunny giving away chocolate eggs and gifts to the children.
All guests are invited to swim in the midnight blue pool after
the brunch. There’s also a chance to win attractive prizes in
the Easter draw.
