The Hospital Foundation was established in 1985 to serve the Hospital by encouraging gift support from individuals and organizations. Today, the Foundation conducts annual and capital campaigns, accepts memorial and planned gifts, coordinates grant applications on behalf of the Hospital to government and private funders, and offers named gift recognition for major donors. The Foundation also oversees invested funds to ensure the long-term future of the Hospital. 1
