<strong>PSA</strong> <strong>Peugeot</strong> <strong>Citroën</strong> presents details of its new organisation<br />

Following the 18 June announcement of its new senior executive team, <strong>PSA</strong> <strong>Peugeot</strong><br />
<strong>Citroën</strong> today released further details concerning the corporate departments<br />
represented on the Managing Board led by Philippe Varin.<br />
- The Brands Department, led by Jean-Marc Gales, has been tasked with enhancing the<br />
Group’s commercial effectiveness.<br />
- The Automobile Programmes and Strategy Department, led by Grégoire Olivier, will<br />
continue to carry out the responsibilities of the Programmes Department, while adding<br />
an automobile strategy section tasked with building the Group’s future in terms of<br />
products, technologies and manufacturing strategy.<br />
- Within the Manufacturing and Components Department, led by Guillaume Faury, Marc<br />
Duval-Destin has been appointed Advanced Engineering Manager and Christian<br />
Chapelle, Sub-Assembly Technical Skills and Projects Manager.<br />
- Fréderic Saint-Geours, who leads the Finance and Strategic Development Department,<br />
has been named Chairman of Banque <strong>PSA</strong> Finance.<br />

RCZ, full of emotion<br />
In September 2007, at the Frankfurt Motor Show, <strong>Peugeot</strong> unveiled a concept car which<br />
left no observer unmoved: the 308 RCZ. The desire to turn it into a commercial reality<br />
soon became overwhelming.<br />
The objective behind this compact 2+2 Coupé is for it to become an exclusive vehicle,<br />
full of emotion, aimed at enthusiasts who are particularly discerning with regards to<br />
driving enjoyment.<br />
New <strong>Citroën</strong> C3 - Visiodrive<br />
Coming out in November 2009, the new <strong>Citroën</strong> C3 has a strong ambition: to replace a<br />
bestseller that has sold more than 2 million units.<br />
"This is a major renewal for the Marque and gives us the wherewithal to achieve our<br />
target of increasing market share even more, among both individual and corporate<br />
customers", says Frédéric Banzet, Managing Director of <strong>Citroën</strong>.<br />
The Code of Performance and Good Practices<br />
The Code of Performance and Good Practices signed on February 9 th 2009 between the<br />
suppliers (CLIFA) and the manufacturers (CCFA), in the presence of French public<br />
authorities and professional federations, has now been fully implemented at <strong>PSA</strong><br />
<strong>Peugeot</strong> <strong>Citroën</strong>.<br />
As an integral part of the Automotive Pact, this code constitutes the cornerstone of<br />
relations between you, the suppliers, and us, the manufacturers and customers. Its<br />
purpose is to enable us to share a common vision, in terms of both business and<br />
technology, of the future of the automobile and forge a real partnership relation.<br />
