universal remote control that aims<br />
to be the user-friendliest device of its<br />
kind on the market – and is aimed<br />
at solving several of the major<br />
problems that normal remotes cause<br />
and suffer from.<br />
The Jumbo Universal Remote<br />
combines all the functionality that<br />
you’d expect from a replacement<br />
remote control from the ability to<br />
connect four devices through to it<br />
being easy to use and replacing all<br />
the functions of your old remote.<br />
It also comes with a programmable<br />
'off' button, which can switch off<br />
devices such as a DVD player<br />
without switching off others.<br />
However, the most obvious use<br />
for the control, and one of the<br />
things Innovage is keen to put<br />
across, is its accessibility for less able<br />
people including those with poor<br />
eyesight and mobility disabilities, as<br />
well as the elderly. Another<br />
accessibility feature are the soft<br />
touch keys, which aside from being<br />
far larger than normal keys, are<br />
designed so as not to hurt more<br />
fragile fingers.<br />
Of course, it is also great for those<br />
people who have a habit of<br />
forgetting where they put the<br />
remote since it's that big that it<br />
would be pretty hard to lose.<br />
